Chapter 11

Kit took a bite of the food and cocked his head as the flavor burst in his mouth.

After 2 seconds he took another bit.... Then another and another.....until the whole plate was empty.

Chance watched him eat the entire time in satisfaction.

Kit licked his lips and looked down at the empty plate in surprise.

"Was it good?" Chance grinned at him.

Slowly Kit nodded as his face started to grow hot from embarrassment.

Chance stood up and took the plate away. He went into the kitchen to wash the dishes he used and Kit watched him through the window in front of the sink.

He was surprised he had gotten a bit more comfortable with the man being in his own home so quickly..... or at least he was less anxious about the fact.

"So...I would like for you to come meet my pack..." Chance started and Kit winced.

"But... it looks like that might be hard for you...." Chance finished.

Kit sighed in relief.

"Anyways...I need to go back to my pack for now.... I would like to bring you but I guess I can come back later." Chance mumbled.

Kit nodded and then looked over at his computer, pursing his lips.

"Would...would you be willing to be my model?" Kit asked hesitantly and wrung his hands together.

Chance blinked at him in confusion before tilting his head at him.

"Model?"

"Yeah! uhm.... Your physique is perfect for what im trying to draw for a book cover. I tried go map it to memory when I first saw you at the playground but I got startled when you came closer. I would like to draw you for one of my works properly with you facing towards me."

Chance raised an eyebrow.

"Well well! Uhm you see!" Kit grabbed his laptop and went around the wall into the kitchen. He placed the laptop on the counter next to Chance and pulled out the rough draft of the book cover.

"Oh? That looks really good!"

Kit shook his head.

"No it looks absolutely horrid. Its to muscular here on the arms and the legs look slightly wrong here." Kit pointed and traced the legs form with his finger tip on the screen.

The man leaned over and Kit felt the heat radiating off the man.

He blushed and moved slightly away.

No wonder he wasn't cold... the mans a furnace.

Chance just shook his head and chuckled.

"You did say being an artist can make you picky... it honestly looks amazing, more than anything I could possibly draw."

Kit's face grew even more heated and he looked away shyly. He went to grab his tablet and its stylus before going back to Chance's side.

"Ok well see that part there?" Kit pointed out the drawings shoulder.

"Yes?"

Kit erased the shoulder and then looked at Chances for a moment before redoing the shoulders curve and angle.

He sighed in relief when it turned out better.

"That right there do you see how it's better? Physically the way the shoulder was before looked off, like the shoulder didn't naturally bend that way. The only way it would bend like that would be if you mentally did that. The weight of your arm drags it down but this one was to high up." Kit explained.

"Mhmmm I guess it does look better.... You are very serious about your art.... Are you not?"

Kit flushed and looked down at his feet before nodding.

"Well... I do make a living off it... so I need to try to be as perfect as I can get." Kit mumbled.

Chance slowly smiled.

"You are already perfect from what I can tell ...there's no need to try." Chance smirked.

Kit blushed even more and almost dropped his stylus.

"Uh- uhm! Didnt... didnt you need to uhm go!" Kit squeaked out.

Chance sighed and nodded.

"I suppose I should go now.. Thank you for trusting me enough to let me in. I will be back later, but I will text you while I am gone ok?"

Kit nodded and clutched his stylus in his hand.

Chance went to the door and Kit stared at him wide-eyed as he left.

Kit blinked and looked down at his feet blushing before going to the door and locking it.

He turned away and went back to his couch while shaking his head.

"I didn't know werewolves....made such great homemakers." He said in confusion.
