From Oppa to Appa: A BTS Jin FF COMPLETED!

Chapter Four

A few days after Ryung-gi woke up, Joonie came into her room very excited. I glared at him. While she was recovering, especially, too much excitement could be dangerous to her. Ryu noticed and hit my arm.

"Be nice, Appa," she said to me. "Oppa is your friend."

It was still weird to me that not only was I her Appa now, but she was adjusting to it so easily. I sighed and looked to Joonie.

"What are you so excited for?" I asked him.

"Considering everything that happened, there was no way we were going to continue promoting 'Skool Luv Affair,'" he started. "But, we have another chance to get the group back on track, Jin-hyung. That is, if you're willing to put the work in."

"Of course he will," Ryu answered for me, and I glared at her this time. "What do you guys need to do?"

"Ryung-gi!" I exclaimed. "I can't just walk away from you!"

"I'm not going to be in this hospital forever, Appa! You can't just stop living because of me!" she yelled at me and I looked down, knowing she would be disappointed at me if I dropped out of BTS for her.

I looked to Namjoon.

"You heard my ddal," I said, calling Ryu my daughter. "What do I need to do?"

"I got a phone call from Big Hit an hour ago. They want to meet with us about releasing another album... in two months. And releasing some of the songs that should've been released from the last album, so we'll have to learn the choreography," Joonie said. "They want to see us in two hours."

"I can't just leave Ryu alone, Joonie," I started, but Yoongi walked into the room.

"Get out, Jin. You've been in this room for too long. I'm sure Ryung-gi is getting sick of your ugly face," he said to me, winking at Ryu, making her laugh.

"Let me guess? Yoongi's skipping the meeting?" I asked.

"With a new member of management?" Joonie asked. "Yeah. Until the rest of us have a feel of what they're like, 'Savage Suga' stays away."

"Appa, go. I'm okay with Oppa," Ryu said to me.

I sighed.

"I'll be back as soon as I can, Ryu," I started.

"Take your time. Go eat real food. It's not like you can get it here. Go home and sleep. I'm okay, Appa. All the oppas take good care of me," Ryu said to me. "It's okay. Really. Me and Yoongi-Oppa will be fine while you take care of what you need to."

I kissed her forehead and left with Joonie.

"She's starting to sound like you guys, the way she talks back to me," I said to him, which made him laugh.

I met the guys outside of Big Hit twenty minutes before the meeting was scheduled to start. We went inside together. They didn't make us wait long to see the new manager.

"Gentlemen..." he started. "Wait, there's only six of you. Where's Min Yoongi?"

"No offense, Sir, but I felt it would be better for everyone involved not to have Yoongi here until I got to understand you a bit better. He doesn't have much patience or much of a filter, so if you said the wrong thing, he won't hesitate to tell you... very bluntly," Joonie said.

"Besides, if you wanted me here, one of the others wasn't going to be here. Yoongi is at the hospital with my ddal," I said, still trying to get used to the word on my tongue.
