Arizona followed the directions he told her about before reaching the doorway, equations already on the board and she had never seen something so complex before. That was when she gave up with school and slowly turned, leaving the class and walking away but Peter saw and gently grasped her biceps, pulling her to the lesson before he had to push her into the lesson, "I don't like this class, I thought you said we were going to math!" She gulped as he directed her to sit down.
"It is," Peter answered, taking a seat beside her and getting out his maths book, Arizona finding her book about math and grabbed her three trusty highlighters.
"But this is a class for numbers, who adds in letters to a number class?"
"It's called algebra," Peter chuckled at her, Arizona gave him a fake glare before the teacher started, Arizona had lost a thumb war to Ned and so the loser had to do what the winner wanted them to do -- Ned insisted on Arizona try her next class out as though she was a real student, so, Arizona was going through her math book she 'borrowed' from the library, with a look of concentration instead of listening to the teacher, a green highlighter horizontally in her mouth, pushing her cheeks up as she practically coloured in the book with red, using the occasional yellow but rarely any green.
"Arizona," The teacher called, all students looked at her, Peter included as he covered his mouth to quieten his chuckles at how scared she looked, the teacher raised his brows, "Can you answer this?" She squinted her eyes at the teacher, mentally burning him alive before looking at the equation, she started to go through the book in front of her but couldn't find the topic, the man sighed, "Does anybody else know the answer?"
Everyone raised their hands, excluding Peter due to him concentrating on how Arizona looked around the class and puffed out the highlighter to drop it into her hands, her desperate attempt to escape the class, before shrinking in her seat with a look of self-disappointment. Peter wanted to reassure her that she'll understand soon but he knew he'd be lying, Arizona had told him instead of learning the basics she's been learning how to read and write so the complex questions were always going to be a challenge for her.

Returning home, Arizona was exhausted, she just wanted her bed and to sleep. But that was short-lived when she entered her bedroom to see Tony lying on her bed, fast asleep, Arizona whined, taking off her shoes, getting under her covers and pushed Tony off the bed. He thumped onto the floor, he instantly sat up to see Arizona's small frame face away from him as she snuggled into bed, closing his eyes, "That wasn't very nice, Arizona,"
"I don't care, I'm tired and you have your own bed to sleep in," Arizona retorted, only for Tony to lie back onto her bed.
"How was your first day of school?" Tony asked, seeming, somewhat, excited to hear what she had to say.
Arizona shrugged, "I made friends with Peter, Ned thinks my name is Phoenix, and this girl called Michelle thinks I'm gay for her," She explained, "Two out of the three are true," Tony's eyes widened and Arizona held up a finger, "No, I'm not telling you which two because I enjoy torturing you,"
Tony pouted, crossing his arms like a sulking child, "Not fair," He complained before smiling, "What do you want for dinner, Zo - Zo? Cat's coming over today,"
Arizona yawned, "Maybe Chinese, you can never go wrong with Chinese, and why? Are you still trying to convince Clint to let her go?"
The older man nodded with a long and dramatic sigh, "Yeah, it's a pain in the butt," He then lied back, "Pepper's been at work all day and won't be home until dinner, so, I'm glad you chose take out,"
"Sh," Arizona breathed out, "I'm trying to sleep away the exhaustion," She claimed before her lips parted and Tony shrugged, snuggling into his side of the bed and the pair began to drift off into a deep sleep.
A few hours of peaceful sleeping, Pepper was concerned when she walked into nobody with dinner or anything. Clint and Cat appeared almost instantly, which made Pepper jump but the archer shrugged, "Where's the troublesome two, then?"
Pepper shrugged, "I have no idea," She put down her bag, "I'll go check in Zona's room," She then walked off, heading toward said redheads bedroom, hoping both of them were in there and talking. But, when she opened the door, they weren't talking, they were fast asleep, somehow, Arizona had manoeuvered her way toward Tony, snuggling into his side as his arm was wrapped around her neck -- her head resting on his shoulder. The blonde instantly regretted that she had to ruin the moment of peace and tranquillity but, it had to be done considering they had guests and they were all starving, "Friday, send out a loud alarm,"
"Will do, Ms Potts," Friday responded before a loud, ear puncturing alarm rang throughout the building. Both, Tony and Arizona, seemed to jump awake, alerting themselves instantly to prepare for a fight only to see it was Pepper with raised brows and crossed arms.
The alarm turned off and Tony sat up, hunched over as he rubbed his eyes tiredly whilst Arizona grumbled, turning onto her other side. That is before Cat barged in and jumped on Arizona, "Gah! Cat!" Arizona whined, trying to sleep.
"Come on sleepy head, dinner time," She cooed in her best friends ear.
Arizona nodded, getting up, "I could go for some food right about now..." She yawned, getting up and shoved everyone out of her room.
