"Me crew and I docked at Heili Port," Heili Port was quite aways away from here. With furrowed brows Red kept on listening,"We was meant to buy this shipment of resources ye' see, but fate ain't no friend of mine and we was ambushed," The news struck Red as odd. Why would someone ambush sailors. She couldn't imagine their shipment to be of much value,"I guess it ain't a long story after all."

"I suppose not, but are your men okay?" Little Red hasn't really stopped to think about what she said and was worried that she might've stepped over the line.

"As well as any lass." Little Red hummed in response and they continued the rest in silent. She wasn't too sure wether or not the silence was good thing or not, wether it was or wasn't didn't really matter to much to her anyway. As long as they made it out alive without having to see that beast, that was all she wanted.

The sun rises like a flower blooming in spring. Its rays gleaming through the leaves of the forest cast a light upon Little Reds escort. She had yet to see what he'd looked like. And considering that the sun was now rising they'd probably be somewhere near the the edge of the forest.

What would he look like? Would he have a large beard? Would he have a helmet with horns? Would he wear an eyepatch? Two eyepatches even? Would he have a wooden leg?

She'd kept her head down, afraid that he'd turn out to be a pirate or some criminal that would have to end her if she knew of his identity. And it was at that moment that she realised; Little Red had never thought to ask the mans name.

With a silent prayer she lift her head and was greeted with the back of her escort; white stained blouse, dark brown leather lapel, brown cotton trousers, brown boots that looked more new then warm, and a sword attached to the belt at his waist.

He looks more human then she had expected too. More or less anyway. His hair was a wild brown that stuck out in all directions and his complexion made Red wonder if he came from the Isles.

That's where Red was from. The sun shon for days and the clouds sent a gentle breeze. And if Red thought hard enough she could almost see the flowers that blow in the wind and the palm trees that stood tall and firm. She could feel the cool water that dampened her dress and cloak and could feel the fishes as they swam around her legs and the waves that washes ashore with seaweed that had gotten caught in the drift.

"Where out of the woods lass." His voice cut Little Red off and sent her back to the reality with no palm trees or tropical fish.

"I guess it's my turn to escort you now Sir." The man grunted in response, something Red had thought was confirmation and started walking. The trees had disappeared and left in its wake were the plain lands of Noir. Green rich grass as far as the eye can see, wheat fields a few acres away from were we walk is growing; their golden rots won't be ready for harvest until the summer saltiest.

The sun gleamed down on them but she didn't feel hot. She didn't even feel warm. The only thing that kept her from shivering in her boots was the red cloak she hung off her shoulders.

Once the two reached the gates of Noir it was only a matter of time before they reached port. And unlike the forest, so quite and eerie, the village of Noir, Kapefur was buzzing like a hive of bees; their market stands were full of baked goods and others bits and bobs.

Red lead the man through the martlet place in a hurry; worried that he'd see something and loiter.

The closer they got to port the more potent the smell of the ocean became. The sea itself had the aroma of a salt fish, so free and wild the waves washing ashore then diving back in its waters.

Red loved the smell of the ocean, she thought of the fish and the coral that lay underneath its waters, the salty taste lingered on her tongue and she didn't mind in the slightest,"Where here." Red had stopped usure of which ship was his.

"Follow me, me lads will be a plenty happy to hear what ye' a did for me."

"Oh, alright," She smiled slightly and wondered what his ship would look like,"What's your name?" It may have been a question that was asked a little to late.

"Raul."
