Part 15.

Lily's POV: 

I woke up this morning with the intension of doing nothing all day, so I grabbed my phone and then realised I had several texts from Mia.

Mia

Bitch I'm coming round in an hour be ready

What?

I need to explain some things plus I'm getting ice-cream 

ok well now I need to get ready

yes you do... GET UP

ok ok

I rolled my eyes and got out of bed, I went straight into the bathroom and had a shower, I washed my hair and my face because there was so much makeup on it still from last night even though I cried some of it off.

I went back into my room and got dressed for the day, I was kinda annoyed that I had to get out of bed because I would rather just sit there and be depressed for the rest of the day but of course Mia wouldn't let me

I opened my curtains to reveal Jonah sitting on the end of his bed with his head in his hands and honestly as mean as it sounds I hope he is siting there full of regret hating himself for what he did.

I just scoffed at him and walked out of my room, I headed downstairs and joined my mom in the kitchen, I sat down at the island and she was making some eggs.

"Morning honey, are you feeling better today?" She asked

"Yeah, Mia is coming over in a bit" I said 

"Ok that's fine" She said continuing to cook her breakfast 

"Mom what happened between you and Ben?" I asked

"Oh well we went away for the weekend and well it turns out he has a wife" She sighed 

"Shit, he's a dick" I said

"Yeah, he really is" She laughed

"Anyway enough about him, what about you and Jonah?" She asked

"Well I haven't talked to him if that's what you mean" I said 

"I really think you should" She said 

"Well I don't want to yet" I told her

"Ok well when you're ready , just hear him out" She said with a supportive smile

"Fine" I said rolling my eyes

Then there was a knock at the front door "That will be Mia, I'll get it" I said walking over to the door. 

I opened it expecting Mia but instead Jonah was standing there, he smiled weakly at me. I rolled my eyes and went to close the door but Jonah put his foot there so that I couldn't shut it. I sighed and then walked out onto the porch so my mom couldn't hear us talking.

"What do you want Jonah" I asked annoyed 

"I don't you to be annoyed at me, I really like you Lily" he started

"Jonah you can't just come over here felling sorry for yourself, if you really did like me then we wouldn't be in this situation would we" I said slightly raising my voice 

"You kissed Daniel, we aren't both innocent" He said 

"Let me correct you on that, HE KISSED ME" I yelled

"Look Lily I know I can't take back what happened yesterday and I don't know how I'm going to make it up to you but I'm going to do my best to try" He said 

I looked down at the ground "Jonah I really think you should leave" I said 

"But-" He said before he was interrupted

"She said leave buddy" Mia said patting Jonah's back and sarcastically smiling at him

Jonah sighed and turned away and started walking back to his house.

"Right come on girl" Mia said pulling me into the house

I watched as Jonah walked back into the house and I sighed and turned back into the house.

"you girls ok?" Mom asked looking at us confused

"Yeah we are" I said smiling and walking upstairs with Mia 

We walked up and saw Jonah through the window sitting on the end of his bed with his head in his hands. "Look at him feeling sorry for himself" Mia scoffed

"I can't believe him" I said staring at him through the window 

"Right I give up with this" She said walking over to the window and closing the curtains "Let's forget about him" She added sitting back down on the bed

I joined her on the bed and we started talking about what happened yesterday when I left the party

"So what happened yesterday then?" I asked 

" oh A LOT. Firstly Daniel had to be taken home by Jack because of what Jonah did to him and then Zach was so angry about the situation that he stormed away. Corbyn and I were talking and we went on a walk and we bumped into Christians who was making out with some guy and then that made Corbyn break up with her. AND THEN I consoled him even he didn't like her anyway which you already figured out, then we went back to his place and I FUCKED HIM" She explained

"No fucking way" I yelled getting excited

"I know" she squealed 

"It really was the best night of my life, well it would been better knowing that you were happy but I can't lie it was pretty good" She said

"I don't care you and Corbyn actually got together, which has been your dream FOREVER" I said getting excited 

"Wanna go to the diner, I'm hungry" Mia asked

"Yeah sure" I said standing up and going to the door 

We walked downstairs and then left the house, we got into the car and drove to the diner. We walked in and saw Jonah and Jack sitting at a booth together. Mia looked at me concerned "Do you wanna leave" She asked

"No, I'm not letting him ruin my day" I said smiling and walking over to the booth 

We sat down and I could see Jonah constantly looking at me, I just ignored him. Then I looked over to the back door behind the counter and Mia looked to noticing me staring, the door opened and out walked Joe...

My heart dropped and Mia looked at me "Lily are you ok, you look really pale" She asked

"Well I am currently looking at the guy who tried to rape me and I don't think I am ok" I said my breathing getting heavy

"Lily?" I heard Mia asked before I fell to the ground
