The Roadtrip Pt3

Lily's POV:

I woke up to the sun shining through the windows and the groans of Zach and Jack waking up. Jack had somehow managed to push Zach up against the side of the van and I must admit it looked pretty uncomfortable. I let out a small quiet laugh trying not to get them to notice me, but that seemed impossible because we were all in a small, silent van so the slightest noise would be heard.

"What are you laughing at?" Zach said glaring at me

"Oh nothing" I said looking out of the window to see Jonah sitting on the front of the van "I'll be right back" I said to the boys opening the door of the van

I walked over to Jonah who was just sitting on the van with a coffee in his hand, god knows where he got to from but he looked cute. I don't know if it was because the sun was shining on his clear complexion or because he always looks cute when he wakes up.

"Hey" He said racing out his hand and helping me up onto the van

"Hi" I said resting my head on his shoulder

"How long have you been up?" I asked looking at the view of the city

"Since about 6" He replied resting his head on mine

We heard the door slide open and then the struggling of the boys emerging from inside.

"Alright lovebirds sorry to ruin your romantic moment but I'm hungry as fuck" Daniel said walking over to us followed by the rest of the boys

"Ok then, I guess we can go get some breakfast" I said laughing and jumping off the hood of the van

Jonah jumped down too and we all headed off to find a cafe, Jonah and I walked hand in hand behind the boys.

"You know, I am really going to miss you when you come here for college" Jonah said slightly tightening his grip on my hand.

"I'm going to miss you too, but you can always come and visit, and I will be back often" I said looking into his beautiful eyes

"I know but it will be a lot different from waking up in the morning and being able to jump over my balcony to see you" He said

"Yeah I know, but we will be fine" I said giving him a reassuring smile

He smiled back and then once again the moment was ruined by the boys

"Man this place looks cool" Corbyn said approaching a cafe

"You're only saying that because it has moon in the name" Zach said looking at the cafe sign

"Anything space related is good, so we can go in here...right?" he said looking and Jonah and me

"Guys you do realise I'm not your mom right, you don't have to ask me first" I said laughing

"Yeah but this trip was your idea and is for you so I guess we just want to make sure you're happy" Daniel said

"Oh well thanks' I said smiling "But as long as you guys are happy then I'm happy" I said

"Cringe" Jack said laughing

"Yeah I know that sounded better in my head" I said

"Right can we eat now?" Corbyn asked just waiting to walk into the cafe

"Shit yeah, lets go in" I replied

We walked in and had a nice breakfast and talked about our plans for the day, we planned on doing some sight seeing and going to Central Park to take some cool pics. I begged Zach all day to be my photographer and after buying him 10 cookies and a burrito blanket he finally agreed.
