a helium leak into my mind, my vision fuzzes and fades
i breathe in, and with every airy breathe my consciousness floats away.
my body anchors directly down, hot-headed my mind drifts.
tugging hard at the string, testing the weights capability
swaying swiftly in the winds of dissociation.
the air molecules slip through the cracks in my mind
i guess even they don't want to stay with me?
i deflate, slowly steadily sinking down
away from this light trance
back to the harsh hold of my headspace.
