Kim Namjoon, the richest man in Korea who runs one of the largest companies in Seoul.
His workers are always treated nicely by him, he is known as the most motivational boss, and the most hardworking individual responsible for not only his company, but for his workers as well.
He has succeeded in everything in life: Gaining wealth, friendships, fame, and respect.
The man doesn't have a single thing to complain about. He often travels out of Korea to make offers all around the world, promoting his company, and proving that his products are the best ones anyone can ever get.
Aside from promoting his own company, Kim Namjoon is also known for being a very strict man.
Yes, he treats his workers as any other boss would, if not better. But just because they have his trust doesn't mean that he let's them do as they please.
On the contrary, Namjoon gives out orders to each individual within his workplace and if they refuse to complete to task or don't do it right, the man fires them straight away.
He doesn't give second chances to anyone who makes even the simplest of mistakes within his company.
Despite his strictness, the man is kind-hearted and always takes his time to post about his gratitude for his workers, or even for his own hard work, on his social media.
Twitter being one of his favorite social media outlets, the man uses it whenever he has free time.
Today, he wrote on his timeline and with just hitting send, the man immediately received over 1000 likes. And the number only increased by the second as he stared down at his phone, smiling.

"Ah, my fellow workers. I appreciate them so much- Well... I wouldn't call them 'workers'. No, no. That's not it. Family! Yes. That's what they are to me." Namjoon spoke to himself, adjusting his tie for the third time.
After his third try, the man was finally satisfied with the way his tie looked, connected to his black suit.
In reality, there was nothing wrong with the first two tries, but in Kim Namjoon's eyes, everything had to be perfect.
He himself was an absolute perfectionist who, in order to satisfy himself, needed to have everything done just right.
Rather it was in his job or in his regular daily life, Namjoon was always making sure things were in order.
Today, he was heading to his workstation, greeting everyone with a casual wave, receiving his workers who all bowed their heads, respectfully, to him.
"Good morning, everyone." He smiled, making eye contact with everyone in a straight line.
"Good morning, sir. Here's your coffee: Dark, no sugar, and extra caffeine." A woman spoke, handing her boss a hot, foam cup of coffee.
Namjoon looked at it with a surprised expression, making the woman feel nervous.
"Is there a problem, boss?" She asked, earning stares from everyone in the establishment.
Her boss turned over to her, and seeing his sincere smile made everyone, especially the woman, sigh when a wave of relief washed over her.
"I thought I had told them to replace these foam cups with ceramic mugs." Namjoon crossed his arms, seeing his worker's faces redden with embarrassment.
"I'm terribly sorry on behalf of them, boss. I myself will make sure that these cups are replaced with ceramic mugs." The shakiness of a man's voice softened Namjoon's heart, reminding him that his workers were humans just like him.
"No need to worry, as humans we all make mistakes. No one's perfect, so don't be so hard on yourself. And that goes to all of you, understood?"
"Understood!" His workers repeated, keeping their heads low.
"I'll take care of the mugs, Daejung. Please, go back to your office." Everyone quickly scattered around, retreating to their places under their boss's orders.
Namjoon left after making sure everything in is office was in the correct order.
Sip by sip, his coffee became the man's only motivation to not fall asleep on top of his desk.
He's always tired yet never shows it to any of his workers.
His weakness is replaced by not only the luxuries and amount of cash he has, but because of his friends as well.
"My successfulnessandachievements are whatgivesmehappiness. Who needsmoneytobehappy anyways?"
