Arielle Tisdall, Jack's wife had been hiding a secret from everyone, including her own family (Jack, Elliot, Kieran, Jon, Blaise, Mahalia, Kayla, Estelle and Kyra). The secret she had been hiding was that, whilst being on holiday with her family in Hawaii, she collapsed due to her blood sugar being dangerously low. As soon as her older brother Nick saw her collapsed, Arielle was rushed to the hospital and it was found out that Arielle had been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. The scariest thing was, this was the first time Arielle had ever collapsed due to anything being dangerously low. She had never had low blood pressure, low pulse or low heart rate before so, the fact that her blood sugar was dangerously low - whilst on holiday in Hawaii, that is scary.
Due to Arielle and her family being in Honolulu, they rushed to The Queen's Medical Center as it was all known that The Queen's was highest performing in treating diabetes and, because that's what Nick, Arielle's brother straight away thought it was, they went there with no hesitation and, Nick was 100% right, Arielle developed diabetes.

I was having one of the most amazing days of my entire life! I was in Honolulu, Hawaii with my family, my mum, dad, brother Nick, and my sisters, Adrienne, Adriannah, Ariannah and Avannah, also, Adrian was not with us because his family had some emergency situations so, he had to stay with his wife and kids, maybe 3 or so weeks out from my wedding to my amazing talented fiancee Jack Tisdall. Me and my older brother Nick, the one who rarely goes on social media due to him being at college, decided that we'd go to a waterfall and we did and, because the rest of my family was already there as Nick and I ventured off somewhere else but came back and, Nick decided to take a photo of me and my younger sister Ariannah and, it was the prettiest photo ever. I was so pleased with how great it turned out.
