Preference #10: Baby's 1st Word

Blaise: 

Word:  'Mamma'

Reaction: When Lesia said her first word, her parents, Blaise and Kyra were overjoyed, they couldn't believe that Lesia could finally talk. Especially that Lesia's first word was 'Mamma', Kyra, in particular, was in shock and just overjoyed when she said it. Ever since saying 'Mamma', Lesia's just been teaching herself how to say more words like 'Dadda' and 'Unc' for her uncles and 'Aunty' for her aunties and, she's just such a smart little girl. 

"Mamma?" Lesia said in the form of a question as Kyra and Blaise both sharply turned around to face their daughter who, what they just thought, uttered her first ever word, they were confused, Kyra asking her daughter to say it again 

"Lesia! Baby, say it again!" Kyra asked as she laughed, not believing that her young daughter had just said her first word 

"Mamma!" Lesia said with more confidence as she smiled hugely, Kyra and Blaise looking between each other in joy and laughter as well

"Well done baby girl! You can say mummy now! "Blaise said as he smiled and clapped his hands 

"Wow, Lesia, that is amazing my darling!" Kyra said as she just smiled in shock as Blaise enveloped her in a hug and then they joined lips as they kissed 

Kieran: 

Rylie's First Word: 'Jayda' 

Jayda's First Word: 'Mamma' 

Rylie's Reaction: When Rylie said his first word, it was so sweet and cute. His first word was his older sister's name, Jayda, he said it with no struggle, no stutters, no mispronunciation, no nothing, said it completely correctly with no struggles that a child his age if they tried to say Jayda's name would say it wrong but, not Rylie! 

"Jayda!" Rylie said as he clapped his hands, calling his older sister over to play with him as Jayda waddled over to her younger brother with a big smile, knowing that her name was Rylie's first word 

"Hi Rylie," Jayda said, Jayda has been able to speak for a month now so, it wasn't a shock that Jayda could speak, only Rylie now 

"Wait, Kieran, Rylie just said his first word! He called out for Jayda with no struggles!" Kayla said with pure joy as she smiled 

"Wow, that's amazing! Well done Rylie! Awe, that is so cute!" Kieran said as he came up behind his girlfriend, snaking his arm around her back 

"It is cute, well, let's just hope that we remind both, Jayda and Rylie that, his first word was Jayda and, if they ever fight hugely and they say they hate each other, I'm going to tell them this, that Rylie didn't say his name, mummy or daddy, but, his older sister's name first!" Kayla said as she felt so proud of her son, her youngest son 

Jayda's Reaction: "Mamma!" Jayda called out for Kayla, Kayla was shocked, but still went to her oldest daughter 

"Jayda! Say it again!" Kayla said, shortly after yelling out for Kieran to come over so that he could hear Jayda say 'mamma' 

"KIERAN! COME HERE, QUICKLY!" Kayla yelled, Kieran was over in a flash as Jayda then said it 

"Mamma!" Jayda laughed out again, clapping her hands in pure glee that she could finally call out for her mamma whenever she needed her 

"Omg! Jayda! Well done baby! That's amazing!" Kieran said as he was also in shock as he smiled, clapping his hands for his little girl who now knows how to say 'Mamma' 

Jon: 

Word: 'Nay-Nay'

Reaction: The reaction to when Naya said or tried to, say her own name, calling herself 'Nay-Nay',  Jon and Estelle were smiling ear-to-ear, they were so excited that Naya was teaching herself how to talk, they couldn't stop smiling, Jon and Estelle, they were so excited the things that Naya was starting to teach herself. The reaction Naya had, was pure excitement, she was clapping and giggling.
