{a/n; this is a topic I've been going through for 5 years with it being almost 3 years since being formally diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks. Anxiety and panic attacks are the scariest things in the entire world but, anxiety does not define who I am or any of you guys as a person. It is just something that I developed after a traumatic experience. So, this may ben triggering for some people so, please, if you can't read stuff like this, I respect that and you can ignore this chapter xx}
Blaise:
You had been left alone at home with the boys and the kids, excluding Blaise as he went out to run some errands. Despite having the worst gut feeling ever, thinking something was going to happen to him, you let Blaise go on his own. However, your anxiety was really enjoying the fact that you were already so worked up that, your breathing slowly started to pick up and, you felt like you were losing vision, the two signs letting you become aware of the panic attack that was about to happen. Thankfully, Elliot was able to notice what was about to happen and interfered before anything escalated, especially with the kids around, Lesia, your little girl in the room next door with her cousins, Jayda and Riley.
"...Hey, Kyra, what's wrong, you okay? Oh, darling!" Turning around, Elliot was concerned about you so he turned around when he noticed what was going wrong. Running straight over to you, pulling you into his embrace.
Elliot and Kieran, after being told to grab water, were both able to calm you down before you were in a full-on crying, panic attack. Although it was only very minor, it was still terrifying as those first signs of your panic attacks was your breathing picking up or becoming constricted and losing vision and thankfully Elliot was able to recognise what was happening and with Kieran's help, stop it before it could get any worse. As if it was fate, you could hear the roller door close, meaning that Blaise was home, home safely. That made you calm down so much more, knowing that, your gut feeling was certainly wrong and you had no reason to panic.
Blaise was barely inside the house when you raced over to him, slightly scaring him with the blunt force of the hug. He slightly giggled but when he saw the relief on your face, the laughter stopped, knowing that you were quite worried about him leaving for these errands.
"Ky, it's okay babe, I told ya I'd be okay, your anxiety really is wanting to be a little shit today isn't he?" Blaise smiled as he made sure to tussle your hair around, something that was able to calm you down from any anxieties or stresses
"Yep, he's being quite the bitch today *meek giggle*," Meekly giggling, you just rested your head on Blaise's shoulder as a movie was put onto the tv by Jack as the whole family got together in the lounge room
You spent the rest of the night with the rest of the family, the kids and with a nice family movie playing and every anxiety had gone.
Kieran:
You had just had a panic attack in front of your two kids Jayda and Rylie. Jayda was trying to calm you down, whilst Rylie was screaming out for Kieran, or Dadda, to your two kids, Jayda and Rylie.
"Dadda!" Hearing his two-year-old son screaming out Dadda, Kieran knew something was wrong. Running in to see Jayda and you on the couch, Jayda trying to help you calm you down, he knew exactly what was happening
"Kayla!" Kieran had only seen you have a panic attack once and it was the scariest moment of his life. The only other time he saw you have a panic attack was a fake one when you pranked him, even though it was fake, it still scared Kieran the same way as these real ones did
"What's wrong?" The reason for your panic attack was because you had just received a call from your sister who was in the hospital with your sick mother. She sadly had been given a timestamp of less than a month left to live
