Lucy POV

I couldn't decide on what to wear for my first day of college.

White dress and knee high boots?

White crop top, jeans and blue jean jacket?

I think I'll go with the white crop top outfit.

I put on my clothes and walked into my living room. Natsu was eating the breakfast I had made for us. It looked like it tasted amazing, too bad I don't have enough time to eat.

"Bye babe," I gave him a small kiss on the cheek, "Love you."

Face stuffed, he looked at me, confused. "Aren't you going to eat?"

I shook my head and headed towards the door. "Can't. Class starts in ten. Byee." I walked out and shut the door.

Natsu's POV

I sat on the couch, watching the clock on the wall. Lucy was supposed to be back an hour ago. I was starting to get worried.

Suddenly the door opened and a laughing Lucy walked in. I sighed, relieved.

"Hey Lu-" before I could finish a guy walked in behind her. I frowned. After he shut the door, Lucy finally stopped laughing and turned to look at me.

"Natsu, this is Ryan, Ryan this is Natsu." She said, cheerfully. Too cheerfully. I simply nodded at the guy. While he smiled and held his hand out for me to shake.

"Um—Ryan make yourself at home," Lucy said, nicely, making me even more irritated. Who the hell is this guy?!

"Lucy, can we talk please?" She looked confused but nodded and followed to me to the bedroom.

"What's up, Natsu?" She asked, a worried look on her face.

"Who is that?" I asked, frowning. "You guys seemed pretty comfortable around each other."

"He's a friend I made today, me and Levy had class with him." She said calmly. So this is why she took an extra hour?

"You took awhile getting back home.." I said, avoiding eye contact. I heard Lucy sigh.

"I would have been here sooner but class was long. Good thing Ryan offered me a ride home."

"Oh." Was all I had to say. I could tell this dude was going to be annoying.

As Lucy and her friend talked I sat watching tv, bored. Lucy seemed to be having enough fun though.
