In the morning Jungkook was woken up by his mother who told him that Taehyung's friend was here to pick him up. While Taehyung got dressed, Jungkook went down stairs to meet this friend. Taehyung's friend was a mint haired guy the same height as Jimin and Jungkook could help but find him adorable.
"Hey, I'm Jeon Jungkook." Jungkook stuck out his hand to the stranger. He was clearly more serious than Jimin and had a bored expression on his face.
"Min Yoongi."
"So, you are here to take him to a funeral?" Jungkook questioned.
"I'm here to take him home." Yoongi shrugged.
"Are you his boyfriend?" Jungkook was slightly annoyed now.
"Are you?" Yoongi shot back.
"Will you guys stop it?" Mrs Jeon said as she walked in to the living room with a tray of refreshments for Yoongi. Yoongi thanked her and ate the cookies happily until Taehyung came down stairs. His hair was not combed, and he was wearing Jungkook's sweatpants and a matching sweatshirt.
"Hey Yoongs." Taehyung was immediately pulled into a hug by Yoongi. The shorter boy was visibly uncomfortable, but he wanted to console his friend, so he sat through it.
"Hey Tae. Are you ready to go?" Yoongi answered after a while. The two pulled apart and look each other in the eyes.
"I guess it's now or never." Taehyung smiled sadly. He bid his farewells with the Jeon family, kissed Jungkook on the cheek and thanked him for the previous night and left Busan with Yoongi.
"Do you like him?" Yoongi said when they were half way to Daegu.
"Who? Jungkook or Junghyun?" Taehyung played dumb.
"Jungkook obviously. You kissed his cheek." Yoongi rolled his eyes.
"A kiss on the cheek doesn't mean anything." Taehyung sighed.
"So, you do like him." Yoongi smiled. "He's a good kid. A little over protective but good nonetheless."
"I can't fall in love with a police officer's son right after what I did." Taehyung huffed.
"Do you regret what you did?" Yoongi asked carefully.
"No. I'm just hurt that she isn't grateful, she kept asking me why I did it." Taehyung looked at his hands again, remembering all the blood.
"Well, you didn't only do it for them."

Jungkook missed Taehyung. In the days that Taehyung was sick Jungkook would read to him and wait on his every hand and foot. Now that Taehyung was gone Jungkook didn't know what to do. Reading out loud to yourself was creepy and weird, in Jungkook's opinion. He couldn't invite Jin and Namjoon over because they had classes to attend.
He was currently lying on the floor of his bedroom trying to gain the courage to ask his dad for Yoongi's number so he could speak to the older boy. It had been only a day since Taehyung left but Jungkook missed his company. Sighing, Jungkook pulled himself up off the floor and went to his parents who were sitting on the couch.
