Sabrina's POV

"OH! HOLD STILL WILL YA!" Alicia shouts at me.

"I'm trying! But we've been doing this for ages! I'm tired already! And I haven't even seen Oliver yet!" I snap nervously.

In exactly one hour, I will be draping my black cloak over my costume, and meeting Oliver to go to the Halloween Party. The Halloween feast was yesterday, and the party is tonight – A Saturday Night. This gave Alicia and Angelina a perfect excuse for a full day of girly time doing nails colour trials, hair-do trials, and outfit trials! – It has been utterly exhausting. I didn't even get to see the twins because of it – and I think they used the mirror on the 4th floor to go to Hogsmeade, as there will be loads of older students there for their Hogsmeade trip.

Come to think of it - since I got this date, after the try-outs, I have barely seen the twins at all! Yeah sure I saw them twice a week for practice, but honestly apart from class - that was it! – I really miss them. They have been acting really weirdly around me as well – like I'm some fragile little thing that might blow up if they talk to me for too long.

I don't even know if they know about me spending almost all my time with Oliver – and I want to tell them but I don't want them to be weird about it, like making jokes and stuff. I mean Oliver makes me feel special, even if we aren't going out officially – and if the twins start making jokes it will just ruin everything.

I mean I don't know why I haven't told them.....yes I do - It's because I'm scared. A Girl of Gryffindor is scared to death to tell the truth, to her two best friends in the entire world! – Not good.....Seriously! If you can't be honest with your best friends, who can you be honest with?

"Oh honestly Sabrina! It's not been that bad of a day!" Angelina snaps back at me. "And I swear I heard you laughing when the bowl of hot soapy bubbles was tickling your feet earlier" She smirks at me.

I thin my lips into the tiniest smile I could muster – it did tickle.

"Now your make-up is ready. Go and get dressed and I'll do your hair" Alicia adds smiling at me through the mirror.

I go to the bathroom and change into my knee length black dress, and place my fake cat ears on top of my head, before lacing up my high-heeled black sandles.

"WOW! Sabrina you look amazing!" Angelina and Alicia both gasp at me, as I walk out of the bathroom.

"Do you think Oliver will like it? I don't wanna look really young or.....slutty for that matter" I reply shyly.

"Wood's gonna love it! And if he don't it means he's not the guy for you" Alicia says sharply pulling at my hand with a brush in one hand and her wand in the other.

I look round at Angelina nervously.

"Any guy would be daft not too think you look amazing" she says wrapping a comforting arm around my shoulders, before Alicia begins her torture of burning my hair into thick curls.

I have somehow managed to sneak out of Gryffindor tower unnoticed, and I'm now walking down the Grand staircase to the Great Hall. Filch and Mrs Norris are standing outside the doors, guarding them.

"What you doing down 'ere!?" he growls at me. Before I can answer him, someone has started calling my name from behind me.

"Oliver!" I reply smiling shyly at him.

"Shall we?" He asks, before half leading me into the Great Hall, past a very grumpy Filch and Mrs Norris.

The doors open to reveal a darkened Great Hall, lit by the thousands of candles and glowing jack-o-lanterns floating peacefully above our heads. The four long tables have disappeared, and in its place are smaller round tables draped in white and black cloths, surrounded by solid high-back black chairs.
