Sabrina was in the Hospital wing for a whole week after the night in the Forbidden Forest. Professor Dumbledore said we were really lucky not to have suffered more, as apparently Sabrina was fighting a Werewolf that night!
Obviously Dumbledore was mad as anything again, so we had to stay working in the hospital wing for the week, working for Madam Pomfrey. We also still had to do all of our homework for all the classes that we missed. But no matter what, Wood was worse.
When he came to visit Sabrina, instead of making sure she was alright, he flat out yelled at her. Saying stuff like she shouldn't of put herself at risk like that, putting Gryffindor's chances of 2nd place at the league at risk, before he was sent away by Madam Pomfrey – YAY FOR MADAM POMFREY!
Honestly I know I love Quidditch, but I'd never yell at someone just because they got hurt, and there was a chance they couldn't play – That's just nuts! Yeah, alright I snapped at Sabrina for making jokes about it all, but I just didn't find her getting knocked about by a Werewolf very funny, even if Fred did laugh at her joke.
As soon as Sabrina was allowed to leave the Hospital, May had sprung itself upon us all, meaning revision had to begin as well. Sabrina of course drew up the schedules, and when I snuck a peak at hers, I noticed apart from Quidditch practice, she wasn't spending any time with Wood. I know I shouldn't be happy about that – But it means that I would get Sabrina back, if she was no longer with Wood. Even if I don't tell Freddie, I know he knows how I feel about Sabrina.
As we clamber into the Gryffindor changing rooms, for the last week of practice, before our match against Hufflepuff on Saturday, Wood springs an announcement on us.
"It seems that Bradley has Quit...." Wood explains.
"WHAT!" Alicia and Angelina scream, whilst Fred and I let out some colouful names about him, making Sabrina luagh quietly. Wood glares at her.
"This is no laughing matter Sabrina! It means someone will need to play Seeker for the next match" he pauses and gives her a smile.
"OH NO WAY OLIVER! I'M NOT PLAYING SEEKER! I'M RUBBISH AT PLAYING SEEKER!" Sabrina yells loudly, making everyone jump, and edge away from her slightly – She's scary when she's angry.
"Look! You're the only one out of all of us that has had any training as a Seeker! You worked with Charlie last year, so you've got the job! End off!" Wood snaps, making Sabrina go very red in the face. "Our Chaser for the game will be Katie Bell" he says opening the door to reveal a 1st year in Quidditch robes – Really a 1st Year!? We are in trouble.
"Look Sab, Bradley probably quit because he relised how crap he really was - " Fred begins, as we leave the changing room after practice.
" - and you're way better than he is" I finish, drapping my arm around her, making her smile.

"Another 10 points for Gryffindor!" Spencer bellows over the crowd "Seems like Katie Bell of Gryffindor is pretty good. No wonder Captain Wood picked her to play Chaser instead of Lupin"
I look round to Sabrina, who has gone very red in the face again – She didn't like that comment.
I blast another Bludger at a Hufflepuff Chaser, making them drop the Quaffle right into Angelina's hands. She soars across the pitch and scores.
"Another 10 points to Gryffindor! That leaves Gryffindor in the lead 60-50" Spencer calls.
Fred blasts another Bludger at a Hufflepuff Beater, I don't really notice which one, but as I watch him dive out of the way, I notice Sabrina is also diving. She is full-pelt soaring to the ground. She looks like she is gonna crash – PLEASE DON'T CRASH!
At the very last minuet she pulls up clutching something small and shiny in her hands....
"SABRINA LUPIN HAS CAUGHT THE SNITCH!" Spencer yells over the cheering Gryffindors "Sabrina recieves a 150 points for catching the snitch!"
A whistle blows from Madam Hooch, "Gryffindor Wins!" she calls before dismounting her broom.
I dismount, joining the rest of the Gryffindor team on the ground cheering at our win, when I notice Sabrina being hugged by Wood. Fred must have seen me watching, as he nudges me in the ribs sharply, before leading me off to the changing rooms.
Sabrina's POV
Oliver wraps his arms around my waist hugging me tightly.
"I know you did your best, but we will have to work on your timing a bit" he whispers quietly in my ear. I pull back out of the hug looking up at him.
"Pardon?" I snap
"Well it's not like you rushed to catch the snitch. You were hanging around a bit" he laughs lightly – That's it! – I can't take this anymore!
"Oliver, I'm sorry but I don't think we should go out anymore" I say quickly. hoping it was less painful for him. I take off the chain that holds his signet ring and hold it out for him. "You are lovely, but I really don't think I'm the girl for you". He looks at me not saying anything, before a smile slowly grows on his face.
"I'd thought this was coming. I've not exactly been the best boyfriend have I?" he says looking down at the ring, and taking it from me.
"No, you've been lovely but, you're my Captain as well. We'd have one conversation about Quidditch, and it always seemed to lead to another. I just wanted you to want me more than Quidditch sometimes, but I know it's your dream and biggest passion in life.......but it's just not mine" I say looking up at him.
"I understand. I kinda got that feeling as well............Still friends? And your still gonna play Quidditch next year right?" he adds quickly, making me laugh.
"Defiantly" I smile at him.
"Good. And as your friend, I'd just like to say I don't think I ever really stood a chance with you" he says leading me to the changing rooms, to put away our brooms.
"Why'd you think that?" I ask, as he locks the broom cupboard.
"Because I swear George fancies you. He always stared at me like I was the devil or something, everytime I came near you" he laughs, leading me up to the castle.
"That's crazy! George would never fancy me! I mean.....look at me!" I say gesturing to all the mud on my robes and the tangles in my hair from the crazy billowing wind.
"I am, and so does George. Trust me on that one! I'm a guy, and I know what a guy's face looks like when he fancies someone......I pulled it a lot last year staring at you, remember?" he adds making me laugh again.
"You know Oliver, this looks like it will turn out to be a beautiful friendship" I say making him smile, before leading him up to Gryffindor common room, where there is a little celebration going on.
"Hey Sab!" Fred calls, from one of the armchairs by the fire. He is sitting next to Lee and George is sitting opposite on the sofa.
"One sec! I'm just gonna go and change" I call back, before running up to my dorm and changing. I then wave my wand at my hair, so all the leaves and tangles are gone, so it is just hanging loosely around my shoulders.
I walk back down the stairs and make my over to them, and plop myself down on the sofa next to George.
Fred's POV
"Hey where's Wood's ring?" Lee asks, noticing the dragon fang chain hanging around my neck.
"Yeah! You never take that thing off!" I say making Sabrina laugh lightly.
"Yeah.......when I was his girlfriend I never took it off. Now that I'm not his girlfriend, I gave it back to him. Sooooo naturally I won't be wearing it anymore" She says propping her copy of 'Ole and Forgetten Bewitchments and Charms' and begin reading it, for like the thousandth time.
I look over at George who is trying to hide his smile. I send him a wink, to which he furrows his eyebrows at me and mouths 'shut up'. Before handing Sabrina a tankard of Butterbeer. She thanks him sweetly, before taking a sip and getting foam all over her nose.
He laughs lightly at her, and wipes the foam off of her nose, making her giggle – Well done Georgie. Well done........I look at Lee who smiles back at me. We are both thinking the same thing – It's about bloody time!
