Sabrina's POV

"Er that's very kind of you, but no.....Sorry" would be the honest answer I could give them – well honest enough around Fred and George. They had finally started eating with me again, and would continuously throw me odd looks every time a guy asked me out, to which I naturally shrugged off and acted like they were nuts – as you do.

It was Saturday morning, when I noticed it was really beginning to bother them, that I was keeping a secret from them – and it was the morning of the first Quidditch match of the season – Slytherin vs. Gryffindor. Oliver said this was a chance to show the other houses what we are made off......this is also the reason why he kept repeating the game plays over breakfast, whilst we were eating – not that I actually ate anything – I felt really sick.

"So why are guys asking you out all of a sudden? - " George starts, ignoring Oliver's strategy talk.

" - And don't give us any excuses like you have done all week - " Fred continues.

" - Or try to run off saying you have forgotten something" George finishes.

"Alright" I say, before taking a long, deep breath "Yes something is different, and yes I haven't told you two yet. No I haven't been lying.....I've just managed to avoid talking about it.....before you would ask for the truth" I say not looking at them "But I will tell you after the match. It isn't anything important or urgent. And if I tell you now your heads might be on me, instead of the match. So I promise to tell you both after the match....ok?"

"Pinky promise?" They both say smiling and holding out a little finger each.

"Pinky promise" I say holding each of their little fingers with mine. I smile at them both, just as Oliver calls us to go to the pitch.

Fred's POV

Well it's official - Slytherin are killing us! They are using every dirty trick in the book known to Wizard kind. Alicia was knock off of her broom, less than 10 minutes into the game.

"Oooohh and there goes Johnson's broom. A strong hit by a Bludger from Beater Bowl of Slytherin. That isn't going to be easy to fix. That now means that only Sabrina Lupin, chaser of Gryffindor, is left to handle the Quaffle for the team" 7th year Spencer of Hufflepuff, calls out over the stands

Madam Hooch's whistle is blown. I look down to see Wood, signalling for us all to come down – must be a time out – about bloody time!

"The score currently stands with Slytherin in the lead at 120-30. Having only two chasers for over 20 minuetes of the game has unfortunately taken it's toe on the Gryffindor team" Spencer calls as we land next to Wood, all out of breath.

"I think we may have to......to......forfeit the match" Wood says painfully, looking at us all in turn.

"WHAT? WHY!?" Bradley snaps "All I need is another 10 minutes, and I could get the snitch and we could win this!"

"What do you two think? You're our main defence out there?" Wood asks looking at me and George.

"We can do this - " I say proudly.

" - We're a pair of human Bludgers remember?" George replies smirking at me.

"And what about Sabrina?" Wood asks looking at us, and avoiding Sabrina's gaze of fury. George and I exchange a nervous look – The Slytherins will be gunning for her. Only Chaser left standing. If she even makes it past the three chasers, and score past the Keeper, she still has to watch out for the two beaters - if George and I are lucky enough to handle the Bludgers the whole time.

"Excuse me what do you mean 'What about Sabrina?' ...... I'm right here ya know! I should get a say in whether I want to play or not. I may be the last girl left, but I'm still an equal member of this team" She snaps, causing us all to look at her. "Oliver put your head in the game....not your heart"
