Chapter 11

Bela walked over to Izza and once again picked her up off the ground clinching her arms to her sides. "We don't have time for this!" Lydia shouted. "Just kill her after Dennis is dead!" "Why wait?" Bela asked. "Dennis, can you try reaching your hand through the bars to armor us up?" Vivien asked. "I don't know if it'll work but I'll try," Dennis said as he reached his hand through the bars and used his powers to armor everyone up. "It's time to end this," Willie said as everyone pulled out there weapons. Bela was about to kill Izza again when Johnny ran over and kicked him right in the gut causing him to drop Izza. "Nobody tries to kill my daughter and gets away with it!" Johnny shouted. "You stupid human!" Bela shouted as she tried to grab Izza again. "Oh no you don't!" Dennis said as he tripped him from behind. "How the heck did you get out of the cage?" Lydia asked while trying to hold Joey back with her staff. He was trying to land a hit on her with his axe. "Aunt Mavis opened the cage while you 2 were busy with your own fights," Willie explained. Dennis then used his powers to re-armor himself and Winnie.

Dennis then turned into his beast form and charged towards Bela. "Now we have a fight!" Joey said. "Can you guys help me out? I don't know how much longer I can hold her back." "I'm on it bro," Johnny said as he ran towards Lydia. Dennis was holding his own against Bela very easily. "How's your enchanted skin working for you now?" Dennis asked with a Hulk-like voice. "I don't need my enchanted skin to beat you," Bela said as he grabbed Dennis by the wrist and swung him over to the edge of the volcano. Dennis just smirked and looked up at him. "Here's where you went wrong," Dennis said as he grabbed onto the ledge with his claws and freed his wrist from Bela's and grabbed his instead. "This is for trying to kill my sister!" Dennis said as he threw Bela down into the lava. Dennis then pulled himself back up and changed back into his regular form. Winnie and Izza ran over to Dennis. "Are you okay Zing-Zing?" Winnie asked. "I'm fine," Dennis said. "Is Bela gone?" Izza asked. Dennis looked down into the volcano. Bela was nowhere to be seen. He looked around to make sure he wasn't hiding on the walls but he wasn't there. "I believe so," Dennis said. "He can't eat you anymore sis." Izza smiled and hugged him. "Thank you for saving me big bro," she said. "Anything for you Izza," Dennis said. Dennis then let go and started to walk towards Lydia. "Looks like you're all alone now," he said. Lydia then ran towards Dennis and grabbed him by the neck. "I'm done with you!" Lydia shouted. "Just die already!" She then threw him into the volcano. Izza gasped and jumped in after her. "I can do this," she said as she finally batted out and grabbed Dennis by the shirt. Dennis opened his eyes and looked up. He smiled when he saw that Izza had finally done it. "Izza, you did it!" Dennis said as he reached up and grabbed her leg. "You can let go of my shirt now," he said.

Dennis and Izza then flew out of the volcano. Everyone smiled except Lydia. "Izza, now!" Dennis said as she swung him towards Lydia. Dennis then let go and landed a hit right on the staff's crystal, destroying it in the process. Suddenly, the rest of the staff's power went into Dennis. He then started walking towards Lydia again. Lydia slowly walked backwards but stopped when she reached the edge of the volcano. "This has all been a big misunderstanding," Lydia said trying to sound innocent. "Misunderstanding?" Mavis asked angrily. "Oh this is far beyond misunderstandings Aunt Lydia! We thought we could trust you and then you go and do something like this?" "So what if you don't forgive me?!" Lydia shouted. "I don't care! I don't need you! I am the strongest being in the world!" "Not anymore," Mavis said. "Dennis, finish her off please." Dennis nodded and walked over to Lydia with an angry look on his face. "You tried to kill my sister," he said. "It's time I returned the favor!"

Dennis then charged up his energy blast which now had the staff's full power. He then released it, knocking Lydia back into the lava. Johnny was covering Izza's eyes so she wouldn't have to see that. "So that's it?" Vivien asked. "We just kill her?" "She was going to kill every human left in this world," Winnie reminded her. "Good point," Willie said. "C'mon Vivien, let's get back to my parents." Vivien nodded as the 2 of them walked down the volcano. "Bye guys," Willie said. "Wait a minute, how are we all going to get home?" Mavis asked. "The helicopter can only fit 4 people." "It's fine," Dennis said as she looked over at his little sister. "Since Izza can fly now, the 2 of us can just fly back. Winnie can just ride with the rest of you." "Works for me," Joey said. "Let's get going."
