Meeting the family part 1

Would you like to meet my family babe?"

"Actually, I would. Can we go now?"

"Sure"

I looked at Bella for advice, she shrugged and patted me on my shoulder. She whispered in my ear

"You can do it"

I looked back at her and gave her an facial expression that said 'I hope so'

Deep down inside I was scared as hell and nervous.

'C'mon baby girl"

"Ok. I'm coming"

I started to walk very slow. I'm not ready for this. I haven't even thought about meeting his family yet.

"Fee hurry up"

"I'm coming Michael. Don't rush."

Michael stops at the door and watched me take little steps.

He sighs and walked towards me. He picks me up and carries me to the car, meanwhile Bella is laughing her butt off.

"It's not funny Bella"

I screamed as Michael continued to the car.

"Michael put me down"

"Are you going to walk normal and not so slow. A turtle can walk faster then that and they are slow"

"Fine"

He put me down and I walked to the car and sat in the passenger seat.

"You're not driving?"

"No. It's your parents house. I don't know my way there."

"Ok."

He started the ignition and pulled out of Bella's driveway.

We were off to Havenhurst and I was not ready at all. Why did my big mouth agree.

How can I prepare for this!!??

We have been driving around for 45 minutes now.

"Michael how much longer, my butt hurts."

"We are only a street away."

Oh fuck! I am not ready.

As he turned the corner we were in Havenhurst. My heart rate picks up and I began to shake my leg violently.

Michael took notice and spoke.

"Babe, are you alright?"

"Yes, I'm fine. Why do you ask?"

"Because you are shaking really bad. Are you nervous?"

"Me" *points to self* "nervous....pshhh nope. I'm good."

"Ok. Shoot yourself"

"Okay maybe I am nervous, can we go back home?"

"But we are already here."

I looked out of the window and froze. We were here and I could barely breathe.

"Mich-"

I turned my head and Michael was already out of the car.

He walked around to my side and opened my door.

"C'mon baby girl."

He grabbed my hand and I got out of the car.

"Here we can even walk slow because I know you are nervous"

I didn't complain. I just nodded my head and we walked slow. Once we made it to the door Michael looked at me.

"You ready?"

I nodded my head.

"Yes I'm ready"

I knocked on the door hand in hand with Michael.

Once I did that questions began to swarm my brain.

What are they like?

Are they nice?

Will they dislike me?

Are they judgemental?

Will they approve of Michael and I's relationship?

These questions didn't help me. I am still nervous maybe even more.

"Baby girl, don't worry everything will be okay"

I inhaled slowly and exhale the same way.

The door opens and there stood a man.

Michael spoke:
