Tortured Luna

Chapter five

I woke up to the smell of bacon, and pancakes I open my eyes and I see a tray with food and orange juice along with a note "I hope this is a nice breakfast, please eat it. Please meet me in my office when you are dressed. -Luke" I read, I set the note down and I grabbed the tray and began to eat, I ate slowly but this is the only way I could eat large amounts of food.

I finished my breakfast and I realized I didn't have any clothes to dress into. So I just went downstairs in the clothes I had on and went to his office door and knocked "Come in." He said and I entered, he was sitting in his chair looking at some papers but when I walked in he looked up "Did you eat?" He asked and I nodded and he looked at me in relief "You can sit down.." he said and I nodded and walked over to one of the chairs in front of his desk and sat down.

He looked at me for a moment and as I looked closer I realized a tear was sliding down his face, I stood up and walked over to him and grabbed his hand, stupid mate bond "What's wrong?" I asked "I'm so sorry..." he said and he grabbed me and hugged me "I'm so sorry for everything, everything I've done to you. Everything your parents did to you. I'll will not stop until I earn your trust and you forgive me." He says and I actually start to tear up a little and I hug him back.

"I forgive you..." I whisper and he moves his head from my neck and looks at me with his red puffy eyes "What?" He asks "I forgive you..." I repeat and he smiles and hugs me even tighter "I can't say I will trust you yet but I forgive you.." I say and he nods "Thank you... I will do everything to earn your trust" he says and I nod before he reluctantly pulls back from the hug still smiling just then there is a knock at the door "Come in." Luke says and a young girl walks in "Yes Nelly?" He asks and the girl has red puffy eyes "My brother is fighting a rogue!" She yells and I immediately hop up on instinct and I shift in front of them ripping my clothes and I run past the girl and out the front door and sniff and I run to where I smell a rogue.

I run up to a light brown wolf fighting a dark brown rogue, I don't know how I knew who was a rogue and who wasn't but I did and I pounced on the rogue that was not on the light brown wolf and I bit down hard on the rogues neck and after a moment he fell limp, I walked over to the light brown wolf and looked at him and he was passed out so I went down and dug my snout under him lifting him and pushing him on my back and I began walking back to the pack house, he was pretty heavy but I could still walk. A minute later I heard large paws running towards us and I stopped for a moment before I realized it was Luke in his large black wolf.

He looked at me shocked, I just looked at him before I turned my head behind me and he saw the rogue laying dead on the ground. I walked passed him and to the pack house and i went in and to the pack doctor dropping the wolf on the ground gently before I went over to the bed and I shifted grabbing the blanket and wrapping myself in it. Just then the pack doctor came walking in looking at some papers on a clip board before she looked up and was shocked to see me before she looked down at the wolf "He was attacked by a rogue, I brought him here" I said and she nodded "Want me to put him on the bed?" I asked and she nodded "Sure." She said so I tucked the blanket before bending down and picking him up with out a problem and setting him on the bed.

I walked out the office and I saw Luke walking into the door, he looked at me and he growled lowly and came over to me covering me "Mine." He whispered, his eyes were pitch black "Can I have some clothes?" I asked and he nodded, a moment later a girl walked up and handed me some clothes before she left. I walked away from Luke and into the closest bathroom and I put on the clothes before walking out the bathroom and Luke was standing there leaning against a wall "Why didn't you wait for me?" He asked with a little anger in his voice as he pushed off the wall and came towards me "Because I'm faster and stronger than any of you." I said simply but he gently pushed me against the wall with him against me "I don't care if your faster and stronger, I want you to be safe and I want to protect you." He said with his head in the crook of my neck.

"Well if I waited for you that rogue would have killed him." I reply and he sighs "That's why you will make great Luna.." he whispers in my ear "We need to do there ceremony to introduce you to the pack, and we need to make you the Luna too.." he says and I look at him shocked "No. I'm not ready." I say pushing him away and walking past him to the pack doctor, I walk in the room and see that the boy who looks about 17 years old with dirty blonde shaggy hair and bright ocean blue eyes "Hello." I say calmly as I set the blanket I used to cover myself down "Hi?" He asked confused "I'm the one that saved you and brought you here." I say walking over to the bowl with lollipops in it and grabbing one and unwrapping it popping it in my mouth "Oh.. thank you." He says and I nod, I hear little tiny footsteps so I stand up and go out the room "Hi Nelly." I say and she smiles at me "Hi, did you save him?" She asks and I nod before she hugs my legs "Thank you." She said "It's no problem." I say bending down and picking her up carrying her in the room "Nick!" She yells jumping out my arms and running over to the bed and jumping on him "Hey Nell" He says smiling hugging her back "How are you feeling?" She asks "Better." He reply's and she nods before looking at me.

"What's your name?" She asks "Paige." I reply "Well this is my brother Nick, Nick this is Paige." She says and he nods "Why don't you smile?" She asks out of the blue, I tense up. "Well you wouldn't understand but... I promise that I will start smiling soon." I said not really sure if I can keep that promise "Ok!" She said excited, I walk over to the bowl with lollipop and grabbing one and walking over to Nelly and handing her one "Well don't have to much fun." I say "Ok." She reply's before I walk out the room to see Luke "Ugh, do you have to follow me everywhere?!" I whine and he just shrugs. I walk past him to the kitchen and I grab a water bottle and chug it before crushed the bottle and throwing it away. "Why do you chug your water?" He asks sitting down, I punch the fridge denting it in frustration "Why do you ask so many questions?!" I yell before I count to ten before I open the fridge door and I hit the inside of it making the dent pop back out "Yes!" He said smiling and I looked at him confused "What?" I ask "I got you to be mad! It's and emotion!" He said happy and I looked at him like he was stupid "Here's a tip, try NOT to get on my bad side" I say before walking upstairs to my room and plopping on my bed not bothering to change and I fall asleep.
