Tortured Luna

Chapter six

I woke up with a bowl of cereal beside me and a change of clothes, I ate my breakfast and took a shower putting on the clothes before grabbing the bowl and going downstairs washing it. I walk to Luke's office and knock on the door and open it not waiting for a reply to see him talking on the phone, he nodded for me to sit down on the couch so I did waiting for him to finish.

He hangs up the phone and looks over at me "Did you eat?" He asks and I nod "Good." He reply's "So... I've made my decision.." I start and he looks at me curious "I... I can't say we can be together just yet but... I will accept my position as Luna and accept you as my mate..." I say and his face lights up as he smiles getting up from his desk coming over to me hugging me "Thank you.." he says and I nod pulling him away so I can Luke him in the eye "I, Paige Micheals, accept you, Luke Shepard as my mate." I say and I feel mine and my wolfs emotions begin to come back "I'm so happy." He says smiling hugging me again.

We are interrupted by the door opening and a male walking in "Sorry for interrupting Alpha but Paige's parents have escaped their cells" he man says and Luke's shoot up standing in front of me in a protective fighting position "Call all warriors to look for them. Send the warrior that was watching their cell to me." Luke says but the man bows his head with a sad expression "That's the thing Alpha... they killed him.." he says and Luke looks shocked "How?! That was one of our strongest warriors!" He says with a sad expression on his face on his face but I grab his hand calming him down "I know how." I say and they both look at me confused.

"I'm actually a hybrid, I'm part werewolf, vampire, and witch." I say and they look at me shocked and confused "My parents were in a toxic relationship, my mother part werewolf and witch cheated on my father with the vampire king not knowing he was the vampire king until after. She did this to get revenge on my father because he cheated on her with my aunt. Her plan backfired on her getting her pregnant with me, making me part werewolf, and vampire but I also got the witch gene. Making me the vampire princess. That is how I'm so strong, my mother most likely freed herself and my non-biological father by using her powers." I explain and Luke looks at me shocked "Leon you can leave" he says and Leon nods but not before I erase his memory of what I just said "Leon." I say and he looks at me "You will not remember anything of what I just said, you will go about your day looking for my parents as your Alpha said" I say and he repeats everything that I said as if he's in a trance before leaving "Why did you just tell me about this now?" Luke asks and I sigh.

"It assured your safety. My biological father, the Vampire King did not want anyone to know that I was his daughter in fear that his wife would find out he had a child with another woman... but I'm having to go to my fathers castle and take position as Queen soon, because my fathers wife is unable to conceive and birth a child without dying completely because she is far to weak to become a vampire. There for my father has no child to heir the throne but when he found out about me he asked me to. Unlike my parents he cares about me and loves me, so I accepted. Hoping my mate would take the throne with me I waited until I found my mate but you know what happened with that. I haven't told my father I've found my mate and how my mate treated me and how I rejected him in fear he would kill you for hurting his daughter. It took me a lot to convince him not to kill my parents for how they treated me but I don't know how I would ever convince him not to kill you."

"And because my mate is a Alpha I will stay and be their Luna and after our child becomes Alpha I hope to become Queen of vampires with you as my King, although you are not a vampire or have no Vampire in you, the vampire kingdom will not care, because you will be there king after all. After our child's child becomes alpha the cycle will continue." I say but sighing "If that doesn't work out or we decide we do not want to be King and Queen my father will stay King until he dies, then I or one of our children will become the King or Queen." I finish and he stands there taking in everything I just said "Won't you live much longer than me?" He asks with worry in his eyes "No, because I'm not full vampire. Why does this worry you?" I say and he sighs in relief "Because I don't want you to go through the pain of seeing me die and be lonely. I want to be with you before and after I die." He says and I smile hugging him before I pull back from him looking him in the eyes, all I see in his eyes are love, pride, and adoration.

I then realize how I really feel about him.

I kiss him.

He's surprised and taken back from this but after a moment he reacts kissing me back, he lays me down on the couch not breaking the kiss hovering over me but after a moment he pulls away "I thought you wanted to wait and wasn't ready.." he says "I change my mind. I finally realize how much you care and love me. I love you and I care so much about you that I'm scared that I will lose you and be heartbroken." I say before kissing him again "I. love. you. too." He says in between kisses.

Right at this moment I couldn't wish for anything more.
