Chapter ten

"I thought I told you to never come back here again!" I yell snarling at the Alpha in front of me "Come on! Please! This is the strongest pack in the world!" He whines and I snarl "I told you, I would never be with you! I have my mate!" I snarl and he chuckles "What? The one that's in a hospital bed making you run the pack?" He says and I snarl as my anger gets the best of me "Leave. Now. And never come back!" I yell feeling my eyes begin to glow.

"You will be mine and we will run this pack together, I already have my pack here ready to move in." He says smirking and looking back at his 20 or so pack members, I snarl and pounce on him shifting mid air. I wrap my mouth around his neck ready to kill him when I hear someone yell "Paige! Stop!" I see Luke run towards me, I just back up with my kill in between my jaws and growl lowly "Paige.. calm down.. if you kill him you will regret it..." Luke says and I snicker in my wolf form before shifting back with my arms wrapped around Barts neck "Oh, haven't you heard. Sweet little Paige is gone." I say laughing slightly as I feel my wolf take over and I bite down on his neck filling him with vampire venom and tasting the blood I have become used to since Luke was put into the coma making my vampire side come out more "It will be a slow and painful death." I whisper in Alpha Barts ear as he begins shaking and whining in pain.

"I will do anything for our pack, even if it means hurting people. Even if it's people from our past." I say looking down at Bart.

~Luke's POV-

I look at the girl in front of me, the sweet Paige I knew and love was gone and was replaced with someone who I was scared of. I wondered what she meant by people from her past but I was to shocked to care about that "Paige... please.. let me have my sweet Paige back.." I say getting on my knees and looking up at her. I see her eyes flicker between her human and vampire eyes "Help- NO!" She says before falling on the ground as her eyes switch between Red and grey "STOP! LET ME HAVE CONTROL!" She yells to herself before her father comes running and grabs her "Elizabeth! Let her have control!" He says and I'm confused by the name, she laughs "Why should I father?" She says laughing before she starts sobbing and her eyes turn back to grey "Paige? You can do it! Fight your vampire! She's furious and in control!" He says encouraging her.

Her eyes continue to switch before her eyes glow yellow and she lets out a roar making everyone including herself go silent and her eyes turn back to grey.

~Paiges POV~

I tiredly fall into my fathers arms as he embraces me "You did it... I knew you could.." he says kissing my forehead and falling onto the ground with me holding me. I clear my throat "My... My wolf and my witch... they helped me... Elizabeth almost had control of them too..." I see and my father sighs "It's okay... she's just full of emotions... that's the problem with you going between emotions and no emotions.. but I'm glad to have Paige with emotions back.." he says kissing my forehead once more and moving awake before I feel arms wrapped around me with tingles filling my body "Paige.." Luke says sniffing my hair but it's cut short when we hear a whimper and I see Bart sweating as the vampire venom travels his veins.

I sigh and smile at Luke sadly before standing up biting my wrist and putting it to Barts mouth "Drink." I say but he doesn't "No. not after what I've done to you." He says but I roll my eyes and use my Luna voice "Drink!" He has no choice but to drink and after a few moments he is healed and so is my wound "Why? Why help me.. after everything?" He asks shocked and I just shrug and grab Luke's hand and dragging him to his room and we lay down next to each other. I snuggle into him taking in his scent that has now recovered to it's full smell with no hospital smell left behind "I missed you." I say and he laughs "I can tell, I can't say the same cause I didn't actually know that I was asleep for that long.." he says scratching his head and I giggle "I don't expect you to." I say and he looks at me confused for a moment before he lets it go and snuggles closer to me "When did we become the strongest pack in the world?" Luke asks confused, I shrugged "I don't really know, it happened two months after I started my duties of taking care of the pack. We have... 300 new pack members by the way." I say and he tenses "What? How am I gonna take care of-" I shush him "I've done it for a while, don't worry it's not as hard as it may seem." I say and he sighs and nods before tightening his hold on me.

I smile and looks at him "I love you.." I say and he smiles "I love you too." He says and kisses me, sparks flew off and sent shivers down my body as he kissed me passionately. I deepen the kiss with a moan of satisfaction as he flips us over so he is on top of me, he kisses from my lips down my jaw and to my neck, I feel as he nips my neck leaving hickeys as a trail. I feel a sharp pang at the spot where he is meant to mark and I realize it's his canines grazing my skin there "Do it." I say and he looks taken back a moment "Are you sure?" He questions and I quickly nod, he kisses me before going back to the spot and kissing it before I feel immense pain then came pleasure as tingles shot through my body making me crave his touch more. I feel him release and lick the bite before kissing me and rolling next to me pulling me close to him, I feel my eyelids getting heavier and just before they close I hear him say "Rest my love." and everything goes dark.
