Arrival

( A few days have passed. Most of the avengers have gone out to get some more shopping. Tony sits in avengers HQ, having isolated himself and started becoming depressed after Cali's death. He looks at the Nano Tech gauntlet glumly. The stones shimmer in the light. He huffs and slumps down in his seat before getting up and walking to his room. He slams the door behind him)

Tony: ( whispers) I should've been me ....

( He walks over to the corner of his room, which contained a small photo album labelled  "Avengers ,my family , together". Tony traced his fingers along the front cover before looking at what the name at the bottom read- by Calista Odinson. Tony smiles and opens the album. Only the first four pages are filled, having Cali not finished it, but the photos in place are precious. The first picture is the Avengers together , they're all laughing whilst Clint hangs upside down . The caption read " This is my life, my family , my everything. On the far left is my brother Thor, god of thunder, next to him is my Best friend, Steve Rogers, Captain America, next to him is Bruce banner or the hulk , my other best friend , hanging upside down is Clint Barton or Hawkeye he is my best friend too, next to Bruce is Natasha Romanoff, Black Widow and she is my Absolute bestie, next to her is Tony Stark, Iron Man my best friend forever and my life is changed because of him. I'm sitting next to him with the fiery hair." Tony stops and tears spill from his eyes. He closes the book abruptly and runs out of his room, hyperventilating. He walks calmly into Cali's room which had recently been redecorated. As soon as he went in, a seemingly cold breeze swept passed him and he closed the door and went out)

Tony: Why did we have to look for those stones? ( looks up and shouts) Why! I never wanted it to be this way!!! ( breaks down and sobs a lot)

Voice: I'm sorry for your loss.

( Tony looks up and turns quickly. A woman stands there. She has brown eyes and long, thick blond hair and sports a red,blue and yellow space raider themed suit)

Tony: W...who are you ? ( wipes away tears and locks up gauntlet in case she was trouble)

Woman: My name is Carol Danvers or Captain Marvel and I was great friends with Cali before she...she passed. You must be Tony? Correct?

Tony: I..am . How did you know about her death?

Carol: I met that healer girl friend of her's, Amy I think, she told me about it and I knew all of you guys through Cali.

Tony: Oh... ( sits and rests his head in his hands)

Carol: I'm sorry if this is a bit... you know, sensitive but is there...is there or will there be a...a funeral?

( Tony stops and gazes at her. His face darkens then he looks sad again)

Tony: She saved the world. We'll have a private funeral but the whole world is gonna miss her, so there will be-

( Before Tony could finish, there is a loud bang from outside. Tony and Carol look to see what it is)

Carol: Is that the Bifrost?

Tony: It is?

( The bifrost closes an it reveals Loki in a green and black suit with his golden horns on)

Carol: Ummm...

( They walk out and Loki stretches out his arms)

Loki: I am free....I have come for my revenge on you pathetic mortals for ruining my plans and my life.

Tony:( suits up and starts repulser up) How did you escape, rock of ages? You won't be able to defeat me and Carol.

( Although it wasn't a time to joke, Tony knew that his nicknames for people would've made Cali laugh, no matter the situation)
