Clementine Elise Carter

A fifteen-year-old girl from district four, the fishing district, known for its amazing fishing skills and its crucial role in the Capitol. District Four is one of the more loved districts by the Capitol, it is one of the wealthiest districts in Panem but not everyone in district four gets all the love from the Capitol.

Take Clementine Carter, for example, she is skilled in fishing and hunting, but her family isn't, her family doesn't do much for the district. Her father was killed in a tragic fishing accident and her mother was so distraught by her father's passing that it became up to Clementine and Mae — her younger sister — to bring in the money to put enough food on the table to feed the three of them. This included taking tesserae from the Capitol to live, meaning their names were put in the lottery for the reaping more times than it should've been.

Clementine is a kind individual, helping others in any way she can, she is known by most people in her district and gets along with many people. She knows how to talk to people, but sometimes she can overthink many things, sometimes she forgets, but that's not her fault...
