ellie
Four days passed and it is now Friday. Reid and I continued to work on our project and managed to get about half-way through the presentation part. I was honestly surprised. I expected him to goof off and make me do all the work, but he actually made suggestions that ended up helping in the long run. Though, he still goofed off and annoyed me just about every living second.
"So, Elle, when are we doing the experience part of the project," Reid asks from beside me.
"Umm... whenever is fine, except tonight. I have things to do," I reply, remembering that my dad and I were going to Liv's tonight.
"Yeah, me too. We could do Saturday?" he suggest with a shrug.
"Yeah, that's fine," I agree.
A few minutes pass and I feel something poking my arm. I look to my left to see Reid poking me with his pencil.
"Yes?" I ask, annoyed.
He ignores me and continues to poke my arm. I grab the pencil from his hand and throw it on the table. He just smirks and proceeds to use his finger to poke my arm.
"What do you want Reid?" I question with a glare. He just looks at me with a smug smile of his face. I stare back at him, waiting for an answer.
"I know I'm not a grocery item but I can tell when you're checking me out."
I roll my eyes, but that doesn't stop him.
"You can add me to your cart anytime; I'm free with every purchase." he continues, with a smile.
I put my elbows on the table and my head in my hands.
"Can you pinch me? I just want to make sure I'm awake because you look like the girl of my dreams," he goes on for a while until I look back up with a glare.
"Are you done?" I ask, unamused and annoyed.
"Never with you," he flirts, grinning.
I roll my eyes. When will this end?

"So, what did I miss while I was gone?" Gage asks as we make our way to the parking lot.
"Not too much, Alyssa Stenner got pregnant last year. Liv moved here about two weeks ago. As well as, this guy named Reid. Oh, and Grace and Caleb still refuse to admit they have feelings for each other." I state.
"Still? Jeez, I thought they would have been dating by now. It was so obvious all throughout middle school and the part of freshman year that I was here for," Gage expresses, surprised.
"Yep," I reply.
It was true. It has been obvious since middle school that Grace and Caleb liked each other. Back then it might have been a small crush but now, it was so blatant to anyone who has eyes. Neither of them has had any serious relationship since freshman year. I have a feeling that something has happened between them before, but neither of them knows what it meant. This one day, a couple of months ago they had avoided each other at all costs.
