CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO

Lucio's POV:

So my loving writer I thought you forgot about me. I know you like Kate very much but remember she's mines and will forever be mines now please give me my point of view. What a jerk as what Kate will say.

Lucio's POV:

Kate was now in her bathroom I couldn't sleep so I just made my way to her coming out she didn't notice my presence as I was on the bed. She walked to her closet coming back seeing me but she didn't look as frighten as I thought she would be.

"What do you want Mr. Billionaire a kiss or a hug?" she said going under the covers. "Can I get both?" I asked turning in her direction.

"Let me think uh I guess none, what do you want either way I'm not allowed in your room yet still you always find your ass up in mines". Wow she isn't afraid of me anymore.

"Well Kate I said pulling her close to me this is my house you see and I go anywhere I please". I was now getting sleepy and she was talking too much now.

"Kate just go to sleep now I'm tired". "Bu-" I kissed her just to let her shut up when I pulled away and her cheeks were red she stayed quiet till I fell asleep.

When I woke up she was still sleeping I moved the stray of hair that was covering her face showing her face. Kate was a very beautiful girl and I couldn't believe my eyes when she said she liked me and that's one thing I know I couldn't do was to confess my feelings to her.

I breathed in her scent and it was strawberries she had something very special about but I just knew that something was wrong for sure.

I did something that I knew I would regret later but I wanted to know anyways.

I rolled off the bed causing my back to hit the rug that was placed in front of it. I knew that wouldn't do much hurt so I pretend to be hurt I did the most ridiculous thing I screamed in pain.

"Lucio I heard her small voice booming through the room. I'm down here I said in pain. When she saw me her face soften and she had tears in them.

"Oh my God what happened?" she said coming off the bed and coming to my side. "Are you okay please tell me nothings wrong"

"It hurts Kate it hurts". I'm going too far with this. Where does it hurt she said helping me to my foot so I started to limp.

"Is your foot okay you don't have any broken bones tell me and stop looking at me like that". She said holding back the tears. I now know she cares about me even when she acts tough.

"Right here" I said holding my ankle and my side. "I think it's broken can you call Michen please and can you get me some water. Okay I'll be back please don't move" she said hurrying out the room.

Michen came in the room looking worried. "Man what happened to you? Nothing this was just an act to be with her. Your crazy man so you do like her? No I don't".

I kept denying the feelings that I had for her I just risk it all again after what she did. She left me for another man how fucking low of her.

Kate came in and I started back. "Michen why did you do that it fucking hurts dude I told you and you hit me". Let's see my baby in action soon to be wife. I'm high over heels for this girl.

Kate looked at Michen angry and punched him. "Get out!!. But. I said get out or I'll rip your balls out" I was shocked at her words that's not like my Kate how rude.

"Are you okay? Yeah I'm fine".

"How did you even fall off the bed?" she said handing me a pain killer and the cup with water. I had to think of something quick even though it hurt a little when I fell off the bed. "Well you kicked me off the bed I said handing her back the cup.

"Oh God I'm so sorry" she said hugging me and I hugged her back now this is what I wanted the best gift that I ever received so far was this damn girl.

"Can you walk?" she said pulling away. "No I can barely move can I just stay here till I feel better or you want me to live but just know if I fall down the stairs and get any worst my men will kill you". And I could see the fear in her eyes.

"No no that's fine just tell me what you need it's fine if you stay there's no problem". She was there fidgeting with her fingers. "Is there something you want to ask me love?"

"Lucio can I use your laptop? I just need to apply for an online school I can't stay here and not do anything".

"Your staying here? I'm thinking about it. Okay. Just get some of my clothes and my phone with the laptop when your coming up". Is it that she'll be staying here but I guess she'll be safer here.

She came back with a few clothes and what I needed. I went on my phone seeing a few messages so I started to reply back to some.

She was there typing away on the laptop not paying me any mind so I scooted beside her and closed it. I don't know what she was typing so long but I needed her attention.

"I know that it doesn't take about a few minutes to get enrolled in that school infact if they don't accept you I'm going to buy to make sure you get in.

"Hey you can't do that she said hitting my chest. "If I don't get enrolled in the school I'll just apply in a next school please let me do this by myself". Okay I'll let you do it bu-. No buts Lucio let me do this" she said opening back the laptop.

She's not most girl you see Kate she's different most girls wouldn't want to be applying for a school or even care if I'm hurt they'd be screaming all over the place creating a scene and being all fake, want to go shopping and that's why I only have one night stands because I know they all go after my riches and that's the main reason I'm not with any of these gold diggers.

They want me to do all the spending. I like a girl who's determine who's a loving person who cares about herself and take pride in her work who's independent and I've been blinded from the start Carlene made me think she was different but I was so wrong.

I now know who I want to be with. Kate I know I shouldn't be dragging her in my lifestyle I'm selfish and I don't care I want her and I'll do whatever it takes. Because she's everything a man could ever need.
