I wake up with a start. I look around. "Where am I? How did I get here?" I ask myself. I'm inside a metal cage. I shake the sides, looking for a way out. I'm locked in. I yell for help, no one comes. The cage is thrusted upward and I'm thrown to the side, crashing into the bars. I yell for help again. Nothing happens. I look for a way out, but soon find that I am sealed in tightly. I look upward and see a red light, getting closer and closer. I breathe heavily, either with fear or exhaustion I have no idea. I throw myself to the floor and cover my head. I wait for the impact of the cage to hault. As I absorb the impact, I am once again thrown to the side of the cage violently. A buzzer sounds and the red light disappears and white light shines through the crack as it widens. I shut my eyes from the light. The metal bars above me open. I squint upward. Above me, about 30 boys, varying in age stand staring at me.
"It's a girl. The only girl in the glade."
