-Niall's POV

"When are they letting him out?" Louis asked cramming the leftovers of hIs blueberry muffin into his mouth.

"I dunno mate, he's still on suicide watch isn't he" Zayn replied stirring his latte with his finger

"Honestly, I don't know how much more cafeteria food I can take" Lily moaned

"-and I haven't danced in over a week" she added

"Stop moaning princess, dance in the corridors ok" Maddie snapped, there's something wrong I can tell.

"Ok ice queen" Lily mumbled

"Don't fight girls" Molly sighed, they'd been fighting all week and frankly we're all getting sick of playing referee.

"Fuck off" Maddie breathed before sliding her chair angrily out from under the table and storming off.

"Guess that's my que" I groaned before slauntering off after her, I love this girl but sometimes she's a bit more than a handful.

"Maddie, Maddie wait" I called after her, she stopped and sat down in a random waiting

area, I jogged up to her and parked myself in the next seat.

"Whats wrong with you recently Mads?" I whispered twirling a piece of her blonde hair around my finger.

"They're applying for parole" she mumbled picking her nails

"Who? Who is?" I questioned

"The murderers, Dad's murderers" she cried bursting into tears

Maddie's dad was kidnapped and murdered buy a loan shark and a couple of his "guys",

who threatened to come for Maddie when he gets out.

"They won't get it though" I smiled reassuringly

"They could though, they were sent down for manslaughter not murder! He went with them

voluntarily and he started on them so it was self defence!" she cried harder clinging onto my hands.

"They won't get anywhere near you, I promise" I whimpered trying not to bursting into tears.

"Okay" she stammered cuddling into me and wiping her tears on my sleve.

We walked hand in hand back to the cafeteria and sat down at the table.

"When do visiting hours begin?" Zayn yawned,

"Er 8:15" Liam smiled placing his iPhone onto the cafe table.

"How long will he be off suicide watch?" I questioned

"Well he's allowed to shave unsupervised now so not long I don't think" Liam smiled

"He's been on it for ages now" I sighed

"Niall, he tried to commit suicide 3 times in a hospital! He's going to be on suicide watch isn't he" Liam snapped

"Sorry" I mumbled sheepishly

"Who's going in first them?" Paige asked looking around the table

"Can I?" Maddie piped up, her visits were always longer than anyone else.

"Yep ok" Louis smiled.

-Maddie's POV

"Hey gorgeous!" Harry beamed when I strolled through the door

"Hey" I giggled

"How are you?" I smiled sitting down in the chair next to his bed.

"I'm good, great actually! I'm being let out in a week and a half!" he squealed

"Why did you do it Harry?" I sighed

"I thought it was the easiest way out, the way out of all the pain I was feeling and that I'd be happy and nobody would notice, that I'd just slip away without a trace and Lauren would know, she would know how much I loved her but now I realise she was in it for the fame and the money that's all she cares about and she doesn't care who she uses! I've thought about it a lot and I've let so many people down, you guys, my mum and the fans. I'm sorry" he breathed.

"Don't apologise!" I wept throwing my arms around his neck and kissing his forehead repeatedly.

"Maddie you stink" Harry laughed

"That's your fault! And we've been sleeping on floors or plastic chairs for two weeks!" I announced

"Oops sorry" he giggled

"Good!" I laughed

"I've miss you Har" I smiled patting his shoulder

"Maddie you've seen me everyday for like a year" he laughed

"No you nonce! You haven't been yourself recently and it's good having you back" I whispered.
