"One day, your name will not make me smile anymore."
"The day will come that your presence would no longer make my heart tremble out of it's cage."
"Your laughter will not be my favorite sound anymore."
"And the poetries I made for you will be just words of an old tale love."
Up to this point, I came to realize. I was wrong all along.
Your name would still paint smile on my face. the memories it brings. of how your name still runs well on my tongue without the bitter taste.
Your presence would still affect me. up to this point. the familiarity. the sensation of once closeness. you're that old home who reminds me what was mine.
Hearing your laughter still sound music to my ears, but it's no longer on my playlist.
and the poems... it is still at it is. i reread it once in a while. as if I was looking to some faded photographs. of what it felt to hold your hand for the first time. sneaking out during 4 am to wait for the sunrise. until the cold shrugs, silent cries. of how my life's a mess when you told me you're done. goodbyes were not that good as it seems.
Hey darling, it's been a while. if you're asking me, i'm fine. after so many years, it's nice seeing you again- without the thought of begging you to come back.

i have this really high fever since yesterday but i just have this urge to write. i've been sleeping the whole day and I wanted to sleep again but my thoughts wouldn't let me. so here it is. *laughs*
