"Alright Phil, that was a good session today. Are we still scheduled for next week at 12:00?" I had just finished up a therapy session with my mid Tuesday morning patient, Phil.

"Yeah, unless something else comes up." He says as he begins to walk out the door. It was just a normal day at the office, but something felt off, different.

"Oof. Watch where you're going big guy." I heard Phil say in the hallway of my office. I walk to the door to see what was going on, when I hear big footsteps out in the hall.

A big, bulky guy comes in through the doorway. He had long golden locks, and was wearing a strange outfit. It looked sort of like a suit of armor. He was also holding a weird looking hammer in his hand. "Are you Kaitlyn Foster?" He says, coming to stand a few feet in front of me.

"Yeah, who's asking?" I say, looking at him up and down. Those biceps were so large.

"Why...me...I'm asking." The strange men says, clearly confused. As was I.

"I mean, who are you?"

"I'm Thor, son of Odin." I raise my eyebrow and give him a quizzical look.

"Then how do you know me?" I was getting more freaked out by the minute.

"I know your sister, Jane. She is in grave danger. I have already taken her to Asgard. But no need to worry, she is getting special treatment there." Even though he tells me she's okay, I'm still worried. The more he talked about Asgard, the more I remember my sister telling me about falling in love with an alien from Asgard. I thought she was joking, clearly not.

"Anyway, your sister's health is not what I came to talk to you about, even though I also wanted to tell you that. You see, my brother, Loki, is currently a prisoner in Asgard. He needs to be reformed, because I desperately want my brother to be good again to fight by my side. And your sister said that you were the perfect person for the job. She said you were a ther-a-pist." He struggles to pronounce the word.

"Therapist." I say, correcting him.

"Oh yes, thank you." He says in such a macho way. "So will you do it?" He looks at me and waits for an answer.

"Do what?" I say, still not exactly following what he's saying.

"Come to Asgard and become Loki's therapist." He says as if it was obvious.

"Woah, woah, woah. What do I get as payment for this?" I'm only concerned about the pay. I mean if I'm going to be traveling to another world, with a hunky alien, I need a significant sum.

"I'll pay you in Asgardian gold." He replies nonchalantly. My mouth practically drops at the word gold. I shake my head to knock myself out of my state of shock.

"I'm in." I reply.

"Good, now hold on tight." He grabs my waist tightly and starts swinging his hammer above his head. It's so weird that he can be doing something so silly, and still look so chill while doing it. Suddenly, before I know it, we are off the ground. We are thrust into the sky, and all I feel is the ceiling of my office shattered to bits. Crap, I'm gonna have to pay for that. This gold better be worth a ton.

"Heimdall, open the Bifrost." He shouts, as we are midair. A burst of lights surround us, and I feel sick to me stomach. We arrive on the ground of an unfamiliar place. Thor's arm is still around me, but I suddenly pull away from him. My head drops, as suddenly, my lunch dumps on the floor.

"Oh, that's disgusting." Thor says bluntly. "Heimdall." He goes over to a man dressed almost as weirdly as him, and gives him a hug. "Heimdall, this is Kaitlyn. Jane's sister." I am still suffering from the stomach ache, but I manage a wave at him.

He does nothing but looks at Thor and whispers something in his ear. I can't quite hear them, but it sounds dire.

"Come, Kaitlyn. We must bring you to your living space, so you can prepare for your worst patient yet." He says it with such glee that I almost don't feel worried...almost.

We walk out of the strange room onto a colorful bridge. Is this heaven? I look up and see a city of gold.

Thor must have noticed my amazement, so he looked at me and said, "Some of that is going to be yours. If you help me, of course." Woah. All I could think was woah.
