Amber's POV
"what happened?!" natilie asked holding onto my shoulders. "w-we were at molly's then will got shot!" I yelled as sobs racked my body. She held me close "he'll be fine. He's a fighter." came Jay's voice. I shook my head and cried quietly.
"hey... Amber" Connor said sitting down beside me "is will OK?!" I asked gripped his arm. "due to confidentiality problems... I can't tell you that... But I can say he did pull through" I sighed in relief "thank you Connor" he nodded and smiled "of course" I looked away and sighed "Dr rhodes we need you!" Maggie yelled. Connor smiled "stay strong sunshine" I smiled and nodded. "hey" ethan said walking by. "hi are you OK?" I asked as I hugged him "I'm OK yeah... Got shot in the leg but I guess that's what I get from chasing the gunmen" I nodded "will's OK... I wanna see him" I murmered. "well its good I know where he is then isn't it" I smiled and nodded. "follow me"
We walked into the room and I felt tears brim to my eyes. "will?" I held his hand tightly and squeezed it. "Amber?" my eyes widened "yes?" I asked trying to get closer "I'm OK" he whispered and smiled at me. "yes will...yes you are" he chuckled. "when can I be discharged?" will asked. "I would say... Tonight" will nodded and smiled. "great... I'm glad you guys are OK" he said as he slipped into a deep sleep.
Two weeks later
"yes I'm fine! Its just a twisted ankle!" I exclaimed as I sat down. "whatever sis" will said wrapping an arm around me. I rolled my eyes and shook my head. Why does he have to be so darn protective?!!!!
