SUMMARY
LUCYHOWARD WOULDN'T CALL HERSELF A party girl but she did love parties. It was only a certain kind of party, though, that she could stand. She hated the parties where everyone was just sitting around, talking, and listening to the stupid music playing. She hated the parties where everyone was too drunk or high to do anything besides stumble around and pass out. The parties she liked were where everyone was at the right amount of buzzed where they didn't care about anything. It was the kind of party where she could dance however she wanted and nobody would judge her.
BECCA GELB WAS THE COMPLETE opposite. Parties weren't really her thing. She preferred to stay in the corner rather than dancing in the middle with everyone else. Lucy noticed this during the first night at the church party. She had seen Becca at parties before and she never danced. Lucy, being the extrovert she was, decided to get Becca on that dance floor. They were partying in their town church, which is something they'd probably only be able to do once. So, Lucy went up to Becca and pulled her onto the dance floor. Lucy didn't expect to fall head over heels for the wallflower, but anything can happen.

— the convo happens during the church party & becca complies & dances with lucy. becca isn't really dancing at first but lucy helps her & i kinda pictured it like the scene between malia & kira in teen wolf in the first episode of season 4 where they're dancing in the club. becca gets more into it
— after that, lucy starts to talk to becca more & they start to become friends.
— they dance again at prom together
— they both slowly develop feelings but after the time jump, lucy definitely feels something for becca even if she doesn't understand it yet
— becca should be hesitant to tell lucy she's pregnant bc she doesn't want to lose lucy but when she does, lucy is very supportive & doesn't pry about who the father is
