Chapter 5
New hope
Emily's Pov
I woke up in my bed. "Chandler?" I said groggy. "Hey babe." He said kissing my cheek. "You know we aren't even dating yet." I said giggling. "Well we could change that." He said with a smirk. "No, just.. Not yet. Okay?" I said staring into his blue eyes. "It's okay." He said smiling. "Ya know school is coming up right?" He said sitting up. "What? When is school?!" I said standing up. He looked at his phone for the time and the said, "In about an hour." "AN HOUR?! CHANDLER I CANT BE READY IN AN HOUR!" I screamed running into the bathroom. "Well if you quit screaming and get ready I think you can. But I'll see you at school babe." He said chuckling and walking out the door.

After my shower I went to get dressed. I chose some black skinny jeans with a light blue c-through shirt and a leather jacket. I chose some black boots to go with it because it was a little chilly this morning. I straightened my hair and put a little make up on before observing myself in the mirror. "If only I could be skinny.." I whispered to myself.

I got to school and immediately pulled out my phone and texted Chandler.
Me:
I'm at school. Where are you?
Chandler😘:
Turn around sunshine (:
I turned around just to be lifted up on from the ground. "Chandler put me down!" I said laughing. "Fine." He said setting me down kissing my forehead.
Some kids passed by saying,
"Chandlers gotta new hoe."
"Wow do you see her she's ugly."
"What a fat ass."
"Look what the slut dragged in."
I looked up at Chandler who was giving them all death stares. "It's okay." I said pulling his face down to where I could see it.
"Don't believe them. There just-" I cut him off. "Whatever, let's just get to class." I said grabbing his hand and walking off.

Lunch came by really fast. I walked with Chandler and we looked for a table. Once we sat down he started talking about soccer and other funny things. "I'm hungry," I said standing up. "Ima go grab a bite be right back." I said giving him a warm smile and walking to the lunch line. I got a lot of dirty stares. And a few people that where walking by kept saying awful things.
"Bitch."
"Whore."
"Fat ass."
"Just kill yourself."
"Ew."
"Your fat as fuck."
"Starve yourself already."
I began to tear up. Not hungry anymore. I turned around, and started going back to the table. "Hey sunshine," Chandler said with a smile. "Where's your food?" He said scooting closer to me. "I'm not hungry any more." "Okay." He said kissing my cheek.

Before I knew it, it was time to go. Chandler walked home with me. "I was wondering.." He began, "We've never actually made it 'official' that we're dating." He said stopping and looking into my eyes. "And i guess all I'm saying is that.. Uh.. Well. will you, Emily Rose Waters, be my girlfriend?" He said looking straight into my eyes.
Wait what?!
He wants ME to be HIS girlfriend?
Do I say yes? He was a prick when we first met.. But he's changed.. I think.
"Emily?" He said worriedly.
"Yes." I said smiling at him.
"Can I please kiss you know." He said smirking at me. "Ye-" before I could finish my sentence his lips crashed into mine. And at that moment I knew that this is the boy for me. Chandler Riggs is my other half, my hero, me lover, and he is my boyfriend.
He pulled away and looked me in the eyes. "I love you." "I love you to." I said looming right back up at him, and nothing could ever ruin this moment.
"Caroline?"
I turned around.
"Jake.."
