When Ella gets there she finds me in my room, laying on my bed, crying.
"What happened?" She says laying down next to me. As I tell her what happened she starts to cry with me. "Did you ask her who?"
"No, but that might've been a good idea," I say sitting up. "I'll ask her in the morning."
"Do you want me to sleep over," she asks. I nod and she calls her mom. Her mom says yes of course. We stay up late as I tell her about Andrew. She just sits there while I talk and listens.
In the morning when we wake up, we go into Ash's room.
"Ash," I ask and she looks over. "Who exactly was it that was mean and stuff to you yesterday?" She names a few that expect and then..
"Andrew Walker... um who else?" She says her voice trailing off.
"Wait what did you say," I ask worriedly.
"I was trying to think of who else..."
"Before that," I say frantically. Ella looks at me and then looks at her feet.
"Andrew Walker, why?" Before I can respond or collapse, Ella turns me around and steers me towards the door and back to my room where I collapse. Why had I trusted him? Why? I think to myself and start to cry.
I march into PE and straight to Andrew.
"What did you do to my sister," I demand.
"What do you mean," He asks.
"You know what I mean, yesterday, she came to school and people made fun of her all day, she said you were included."
"Delilah, I-"
"I knew it! I knew I shouldn't have trusted you! I found her covered in blood yesterday with a razor in her hand. She was cutting, Andrew."
"Delilah, let me explain."
"No, there's nothing to explain, we're through." I storm out of the gym.
