Chapter 17
*sakura P.O.V*

I soon woke up and took a long shower. I got dressed and looked at myself in the mirror.

I had cut my hair short and I was changing my destiny. I was proud of myself but I couldn't help but cry.

I had made such great memories in my last life and made great friends but I had to do it all over which is kinda agonizing.

They know nothing about me while I know everything about them.

I wiped my tears and put on my best smile.

This was my goal to be able to see everything not turn out the way it did in my last life where they all died.

This was my challenge and I this was one thing I could not afford to fail. I thought about what I could do today.

Then I thought well I haven't played with Shika-kun, naruto-kun, and hinata-Chan. I haven't played with them in so long.

Then I remember that I also need to find itachi. I groaned and put that for tomorrow activity right now i needed a little break and what better then to play with friends.

I went downstairs and had breakfast. My mom and dad were gone for work but left me a note.

Dear Sakura
Your tou-San and kaa-san have to go to work but we will be back before dark. Remember to be safe and eat your breakfast ok. We love you

It seems like all they do is work in my last life all they could do was spoil me and always be home.

Well I guess you can't expect everything to be the same.

With a sigh I ate everything and ran out the door eager to me the day. I thought first I would go find shika-kun.

*Shikamaru P.O.V*
I was bored and didn't know what to do. Sakura and I haven't been hanging out as much as we used too.

I was scared to ask her but today I would. I miss Sakura she would always make me smile even if she is troublesome.

I thought Im go cloud watching for a bit then go ask her. I went up to my favorite hill and looked at the clouds.

It was relaxing as I was standing up I saw a someone running. As I looked I saw beautiful pastel hair.

Sakura was standing there looking beautiful.

Then she started saying "hey shika-Kim you wanna play with me?" I blushed a bit but said " how troublesome but sure"

I had tried to hide how excited I was. But then she also said " ok then let's go invite naruto-kin and hinata-Chan"

I tried to hide my face, I was a bit mad but sighed this was better then nothing.
