“Where are we going?”

“Shut up, you told me not to tell you, remember? Idiot.” Arthur replies, distinct with his words. I huff and pout.

          “Drat.”

“We’ll be there in a few minutes.”

“But I wanna know now…” I whine, dragging out the ‘now’ to sound like ‘No-o-o-o-o-w’.

“Thalassa.” He says. I feel gooseflesh travel up my body. The way he said it, he sounded irrationally irritated. He’s never called me by my full country name, not that I can recall… I can’t describe how he put it, in such an endearing-yet-feared way…

“See? We’re here. Quit your blubbering.” He speaks, stiff and forward with his movements.

“Uh…” I start, rising out of the car with him. “…Are you alright?”

“I… I’m fine.” He stumbles a bit, blushing. Oh. He’s nervous. I smile at the thought.

“It’s alright. We’re just going out, nothing big, right?” I ask, looping my arm into his.

“…Right. Yes, you’re quite right.” He confirms, before adding quietly to himself, “…Nothing to worry about…” I ignore it and glance around. We’re on a sidewalk, large and flat. Buildings are to our sides, and in front of us…

“Is that a Ferris wheel?” I whisper excitedly. He nods.

          “Yes-“

“You’re taking me on a Ferris wheel? I’m going on a Ferris wheel? I’ve never been on a Ferris wheel I have heard that they’re very fun but only if you’re not afraid of heights-“

“Tally!” He cuts my giddy words off. “Yes, we’re going on the Ferris wheel. The London Eye, to be precise. But not yet.”

          “But… Why?”

“Because. It’s not time.” He explains, leading me towards the building on the left. “We’re going here first.”

I don’t know where he’s taking me until we reach the front of the building. It’s an aquarium.

“Aquarium…?” I wheeze, nearly jumping up and down.

“Yes, Tally…” He chuckles at my antics. When we finally reach the entrance, I see a sign.

          ‘Ticket Prices: 20£’

“Is that expensive?” I whisper harshly at him, pointing at the sign. He blushes fiercely.

“It’s nothing, I have it handled.” He replies, fishing a wallet out of his back pocket.

“…It is pricey! You should have told me that this was going to be expensive, I would have at least bought my own ticket!”

“Calm down, Tally. It’s my treat.”

“…I’m paying you back for this, for everything. I promise.”

“It’s fine! You’re overreacting, it’s not that much!” He exclaims, laughing. I stick my tongue out at him, before turning to the lady in the booth.
