"Good evening, everyone! Honad here! I am happy to see all of you and in awe to see new faces every year! The birthday boy must be making more and more friends as he grows older and older." Everyone laughed at that. "As we all know our shining prince will be reaching the sacred age we all have been waiting for in our lives. So tonight, we give our hearts to him! And a toast as I welcome and introduce you to the Attertons! Lead Luna Euphoria Livingstone will be responsible for tonight's opening speech! Give her a round of applause everyone."

That was when I noticed people standing behind the host. They formed a line. A total of 5 males and 3 females.

A familiar redheaded woman stepped forward and hugged the host with a bright smile on her face. She gave kisses to everyone as she took the mic that was handed over to her.

"Well, I wasn't expecting that. No one informed me that I would be giving a speech." She momentarily glared at a dark-haired man behind her who stood with such authority and he simply shook his head with a knowing smile. "Today was the day I gave birth to my twins. They were my firstborns. My dearest children. I have never been so happy in my entire life when I received the news of my pregnancy. No wonder, I was told how fragile my frame was giving birth. All I did was pray for the moon goddess and to which she has given me two beautiful and remarkable kids." She paused and her eyes wandered through the crowd. I met her eyes but she seemed so lost. She was too far away. But I could tell.

The woman who bumped into me. She was the Lead Luna.

"Fate has a way of playing with things. We all know how my darling sweet little girl was taken. Her life is in the Mood Goddess's hands now." She turned to her back and gave way to whoever she was looking at. She laced her arm around Helios who had a big smile on his face as well as a sad one. "Happy 17th Birthday, my son. You deserve all the happiness in the world. I can never regret having you here with me. I love you so much. And to my baby girl, where ever she may be, I am still hoping that she'll find her way back to us. My love, be safe. The entire wolf community has faith in your lone journey." I saw everyone clench their hand into a fist and hit them against their chests twice.

Everyone was on edge and most were tearing up.

"And that would be all. I do hope that everyone enjoys the party! All for the best! The Blood Moon territory welcomes all of you this lovely evening! Good evening!" She ended her speech and everyone applauded. Including me. She handed the mic over to Helios.

"Hello everyone! I-"

"Happy birthday!" Everyone shouted and he laughed and scratched the back of his head.

"Thank you, err, mother, thank you for the speech. It was amazing. We'll never forget my long lost sister. I love her. Happy birthday, sis! Where ever you are. Please do come back soon before mom and dad pressure me into these boring responsibilities. Parties are my thing and I'd like to keep 'em." They laughed at that. "Thank you, everyone, for coming tonight! The food's right over there! Enjoy!"

We went over to the bar side and ordered a few drinks.

It gave me time to think.

Helios and Fae. They are the children of the Lead Alpha and Lead Luna.

At the sides, I could guess that they were the Lead Beta and Lead Gamma. June was standing beside a man that looked like her father. And Anakin was standing with his father if I am not mistaken.

Lead Beta. Anakin was training to be one.

Damn. I downed a shot when my thoughts were starting to get confusing.
