"Wait your homeless?!?" Kaede asked me with a look of horror on her face. I nodded my head. We were in a park sitting on the bench. The night air was cold but being around Kaede made me warmer. I tried not to shiver.

"Yeah my situation isn't really the best right now. It's hard to explain." I replied nervously begging she wouldn't press me about it. It's like she read my mind, because she just nodded quietly. Suddenly, a voice called out to us.

"Kaede my darling what are you doing out so late?" I suddenly grew colder. My mother was walking towards us with a puppy. Kaede immediately shot up and ran to pet the puppy. I followed behind. Did this glamorous women love a puppy more than her own son? I pulled my cap over my face nervously. She looked too much like me. We had the same eyes. Her hair was as navy as mine and put up in a bun. Even though she was in exercise attire she still looked like a model.

The women and Kaede were deep in conversation. I tried to stay unseen for as long as I could. Unfortunately, the women finally seemed to notice me. We looked at each other for a long time. "Kaede is this a friend of yours? He looks really familiar."

"Yep he's my new friend Sushi!" Kaede cheered and gave me a hug. I thanked the lord that she didn't say my real name.

"Well nice to meet you young man. I'm sure I'll be seeing more of you soon." The women winked at Kaede and turned around and left. Kaede was a blushing mess.

Later, she decided to let me stay with her. Apparently her mother worked long night shifts and wouldn't be home. She wouldn't even know I was there. Or so we thought. When Kaede got home her mother was angrily sitting in her chair with crazy red hair. Her purple eyes were filled with hatred.

"Tell me why Mrs.Harukawa texted me saying you were walking home with at boy at this hour. AND WHY IS HE IN OUR HOUSE." Kaede tried to calm her mom down and explain I was homeless. It took a while but she was fully convinced. "Well he can't be all that bad. It's not like he's a bad guy right?"

"I FRAMED KAEDE FOR SMOKING CIGARETTES." I accidentally cried out. The women tried to murder me. It took a while for her to forgive me but in the end she decided to let me stay on her couch.

"He's a really nice man better than Rantaro." I heard the mom whisper later on and I nearly died.

The next day Kaede had told me I was probably going to get in trouble with the principal. Rantaro was super angry and had reported me. So I was ready to be called to the office. What I wasn't ready for was to see her there. My mother sitting there with wide eyes. The black hair girl who hung out with Kaede was nervously playing with her hair. They both turned towards me.

"I knew you were familiar." They both said at the same time.

I ran away.
