Three days had passed and the Winx stood in their dorm wearing the outfits Stella had previously made for them. They all stood in a semi circle as they spoke with the Specialist via holo call.
"Come on girls, let us come with you."
Brandon pleaded over the phone.
"Brandon, baby. we'll be fine, I promise. But we have to do this ourselves."
Sky place a comforting hand on his best friends shoulder before turning to Bloom with sad eyes.
"Please be careful girls."
Bloom smiled and blew him a kiss. Alister carefully stepped pass his friends, making his way towards the center of the call. Once there he turned his gaze to Luna.
"I did a little research on Misoro, apparently he hates outsiders."
Luna nodded softly.
"I heard about that as well. Don't worry, we'll figure it out."
The redhead hummed, his eyes flickering over Luna before nodding. With their final goodbyes said the call ended. Tecna dug into her pocket and pulled out a device.
"And you're sure this will teleport us to Crystalia safely."
Luna questioned, uncertainly dripping from her tone. Tecna gave a reassuring smile.
"I've used this before, it'll work. Promise. Now, let me put in the exact coordinates you gave."
Tecna finished typing in the last few numbers, and a portal opened to the side of them. One by one the girls stepped through until it was just Musa and Luna. The fairy of music gave a comforting smile to her friend. With careful motions she reached down and took the princesses hand.
"We'll go together."
Giving a small squeeze of thanks, the two stepped through.
♤♡◇Misoro's Cave Entrance♤♡◇
The Winx all grunted as they landed about 50 yards away from a Cave entrance. The snow and icy winds knocked almost all of them down. Luna, on the other hand, embraced the feeling. releasing a content sigh.
"I was just here, and yet I missed home so much. Unfortunately this isn't a social visit."
Luna turned to face the girls and nodded. The group swiftly regained their composure and headed towards the entrance. Once there Tecna did a quick scan.
"My reading shows that there's no life in there."
Luna shook her head.
"No, he's definitely in there. Let's go."
Luna lead the team into the cave. The air was less frigid but the ground was slick with ice, forcing them to walk carefully. The seven trudged on in silence for nearly ten minutes. The deeper they went the warmer the air became. Eventually the path ended at a wall with multiple carvings across it. All leading to the middle center which held a crest.
"That's my family crest."
Aisha stepped forward, her hand grazing the wall.
"But, how do we open it?"
Luna hummed quietly before walking over and placing her hand on the center. She closed her eyes and concentrated on sending a bit of her magic into the wall. At first, nothing happened, but after a moment the crest glowed a soft blue. The glow flowed through the rest of the carvings until the whole wall was glowing. The cave shook as the wall moved into the ground. Dust came up, forcing the girls to cover their faces.
