doyoung ii.

I was going to update with a Jaehyun chapter pero like, some of you wanted me to write the part 2 that I suggested in my previous Doyoung imagine so why not.

The land of dreams is usually one of the best places where you can live. You have everything that you want as long as you can imagine it, be it a whole kingdom or maybe just a cake for you to enjoy, it surely can be delightful.

You were living in it for what seemed like forever, looking around you and finding yourself in your own room and with you was your boyfriend Doyoung, simply displayed in your bed without a care in the world listening to the tunes that left your speakers. It was just a laid back day where you could enjoy eachother's company and just be happy.

Of course, the land of dreams isn't always the most pleasent place, is it? Sometimes, if deriving from the wrong place, that small universe in your mind can become twisted with your fears and darken around you as you helplessly try to cope with it before you eventually wake up. But it's all so real.

Doyoung was still on your bed but this time on the phone. You knew what it was. Another business call. He would have to, once again, cut your afternoon plans short and go back to work. You didn't know if he would be back soon or even at all because his schedule was an absolute mess to you.

You decided to ask. "When are you coming back?"

Simply looking over his shoulder, he shrugged and replied with an evil "never".

Your heart broke into a million pieces at the way he had just said that word and you couldn't believe he had just left you then and there. You couldn't believe it.

Your dream, maybe more of a nightmare, was cut short when a sharp shove to your arm made your eyes snap open. You could see the sun and the blue sky darker than usual through the sunglasses you recall falling asleep with, and along with the heat on your skin, you could also feel watery trails on your cheeks.

"Are you ok?" Doyoung, your boyfriend who actually didn't leave you, asked with a concerned look on his face.

Nodding you soon were able to reply. "Yes, I just had a nightmare."

Your memories of the real world made you recall what had actually happened. You had gone to the beach with Doyoung and both of you, laying together on your beach towels, fell asleep. Doyoung woke up first and just in time to catch you having a nightmare.

"Want to talk about it?" He questioned further.

"We were just hanging out and then you got this call and basically you left me forever." You answered drying your tears.

Doyoung pouted. "Baby, I could never do such a thing." He hugged you. "I would be stupid to ever leave you. I love you so much, why would I do that?"

You shrugged. "I love you too and I know you wouldn't."

"Let's go for a walk to spot a good restaurant where we can eat and then we'll go back to the hotel room and we can cuddle and fall asleep... again." He suggested and the plan sounded wonderful.

Spending time in Thailand with him was an amazing oportunity that you hadn't had in the past. Actually, going on a full on out of the country vacation was something that neither of you had ever had the time to do and being able to finally do it was like heaven on Earth.

After walking through the beautiful streets close to the beach that were filled with not only locals but other tourists as well, you found a cute restaurant that served genuin Thai food and you just had to try it.

"Spending time away from the members is quite weird but I'm enjoying the peace that it brings." Doyoung begane the conversation.

"I mean, all of you are constantly together. At work, at home even when you travel abroad. I find it cute but I wish we would have more time to ourselves." You said honestly.

You knew that topic was something that made Doyoung feel sad about because all he wanted was to be able to give you everything he could and even though he bought you the most amazing gifts and said the most amazing things, his time was one of the only things he couldn't fully give to you. You totally understood it because it was his dream and you absolutely supported him but of course you're a human being and you obviously missed him a lot, it was only natural.

"I know. Work is chaotic and even though I'm doing what I love, I wish I could always be by the person that I love as well." He frowned.

"You don't have to worry about it. I want you to keep it up with your job and if that means less time together I guess it's fine, as long as you keep loving me and we get to have some time together still." You explained truthfully.

"And I will always love you, that's something you don't have to worry about, but not being able to see you for long periods of time is really hard." Your boyfriend explained. "Sometimes..." his voice broke a little. "Sometimes I wonder if you'll ever get tired of waiting and you'll just leave to find someone who will actually give you their time. I really don't blame you if you do, you deserve a normal life after all." After saying those words, you could see the small tear that had escaped his eye even though his head hung low.

"Kim Dongyoung, what are you talking about?" You protested not wanting to believe what the boy had just said. "I love you with all my heart. I love you so much, you wouldn't even know. I don't want a normal life, I want the boy I love and that is you. I won't ever get tired of waiting because I know that, even after the longest periods of time, I will still have you with me loving me right back." Your hand landed on his soft cheek and wiped away the tear that had previously escaped. "I don't want this vacation to be a sad one. I want to get to enjoy every minute I get with you throughout the week, ok?"

He nodded, his face once again adorned with his precious gummy smile that you loved so much.

After finishing your meal and fighting for who was going to pay for it (he won), you walked back to the hotel room hand in hand.

"Today was amazing." You were the first to say something as you threw your purse over the couple's bed.

"Yes, it was." Doyoung smiled once more as he placed his hands over your hips and pulled your body closer to his. "Especially because I got to be with you the whole time."

Your heart fluttered. "I have a feeling that this will be a very awesome week in general."

He simply smiled, soon leaning forward to press his lips against yours and both of your hearts skipped a beat. Feeling eachother's lips for that long hadn't happened in a while. Doyoung deepened the kiss as his fingers slowly held you tighter, afraid of you escaping from him. Your hands traveled behind his neck to rest at his nape while he stepped forward to make you fall backwards into the mattress of your bed. Laying on top of you still with your lips connected, Doyoung left a small hum which made you chuckle and hence stopping the make out session. His head rested at the crook of your neck where he mumbled.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

Y'all I'm so soft after this chapter. I can't believe my untalented ass was able to write such a beautiful thing.

Thanks for 8k reads uwu I will try to put even more fluff into everything I write because I'm a sucker for uwu'ing at the boys being adorable. Btw I'm not a soft stan but I'm also not a hard stan, I'm like a middle stan. Do you underSTANd??
