*more unrealistic than the others, sorry*

You sat at the end of the bed, sighing. You rubbed your face. It was a long shift. You missed home.

"Hey, officer," Joji placed a soft hand on the metal doorframe.

You stood up, startled, "yes, captain?" Your body was stiff.

"No, no, relax. You're off duty. It's just Joji right now," he smiled. You stopped yourself from blushing and kept a straight face. He sighed, "I just wanted to say good work today. We all appreciate you."

"Thank you, captain," you gave a harsh smile. He gave a small smirk and walked away from the door. He was a beautiful man, truly.

Your alarm began to go off. The metal walls of this spaceship always made sounds seem so much louder. You rolled to your side and clicked the alarm off. This was your sixth expedition into space, and it was the longest. Somehow you kept count. There seemed to be nothing left for you at home after your husband passed.

He passed while on your fifth mission. You got word in space. Joji, being the sweet man he is, put the mission on hold. You went back home. They eventually went to finish the trip without you, and you decided to retire, but damn Joji pulled you back in six years later. It occupied your life ever since then. You rolled out of bed and began to get dressed for the day.

~~~
You stepped into the dining hall, everyone seemed exhausted.
"Good morning, crew," you smiled at them.
"Good morning, officer," everyone said in unison. You began to fix your cup of coffee. It was your second mission as first mate, and you forgot how nice the experience was.
"Where's the captain," you said in between sips.
"Probably still in bed," a voice behind a newspaper called. You sighed. Joji was never on time.
~~~

You placed your hand on the print reader. The door slid open. Joji was curled into his sheets with one hand still on the snooze button.

"Time to get up, sleepy head," you set your coffee on his desk and pulled the blanket off of him.

"Jokes on you, I can sleep without a blanket," he mumbled.

You rolled your eyes and laughed, "come on. We need you." You grabbed the pillow from under his head.

"Jokes on you, I can sleep without a pillow," have gave a small smile.

"Shut up," you laughed while hitting him with the pillow.

"Hey," he sat up, jokingly. "You need to apologize. You just hit your captain!"

You hit him with the pillow again, "oh no, I'm so scared."

"Well you should be," he rubbed his eyes.

You tossed the pillow at him, but this time you let it go.

"You're going to pay for that one," he chuckled.

"Oh yeah," you laughed.

He grabbed you by the waist and pulled you in, tight. He held you down and began to playfully hit you with the pillow. Your stomach hurt from laughing. You grabbed the pillow from him and began to playfully fight back. Joji climbed on top of you and tried to grab the pillow from you.

When you calmed down, you realized Joji had pinned you down. His hands were firmly holding your waists above your head. His knees laid lightly on your legs. He gave an awkward chuckle in between breaths. You scrambled from under him and stood up. You grabbed your coffee from the desk. He had a small smile planted on his face.
