Entry Form

THIS CHAPTER SHOULD NOT BE USED TO ENTER INTO ANY COMPETITIONS PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM ON THE CHAPTER OF THE COMPETITION YOU WILL BE ENTERING. 

Please complete an entry form on the chapter for the competition you are entering. This means the monthly chapter for the month you are entering and the yearly chapter if you are entering into the yearly awards. This chapter will be cleared of entries each month in case people do enter on this chapter so we know which month you are entering your story into.

If you do not feel comfortable putting your email address in the comments that is fine, then you can message us your email address. Please do not ask us to pm you for it - we get over 50 submissions we cannot be expected to get in contact with all of you. If you do not want your scoring back after the competition then please do notify us - either in your submission or in a message. Just another reminder that submissions sent to our messages will be disqualified. If you need to message us your email address then just send your email address and not the whole submission form. 

Let us know if you have any questions. Please make sure that the #NewWriterAwards tag is in your story's hashtag. Stories without the hashtag with not be considered as a complete submission and therefore will not be judged. We will notify you in the comments when your submission has been accepted.
