Alright...Here we go!

MIZAR

Okay, so lemme give you all a recap of what happened after we had our rest....

So after Alcor and I went to get some extra rest which is three hours max, I left my cottage and came by at Alcor's cottage which was literally opposite the lake from where I live and there are rare occasions like these when we get to rest simultaneously at our respective cottages. So anyway, when I came by to her place, she was already awake and packing her small supplies bag and no I am not stalking....

She was mumbling under her breath and I knew by the tone of her voice that she was mumbling something to calm herself down.

Alcor has always had a brave and sassy reputation in front of the people of Venus and does not show her weakness to anyone but before King Arthur intervened and made things awkward and embarrassing between us...(you know what I mean).... the both of us were actually very good friends and shared our worries and problems with each other being the only ones of our kind. Okay sure, sometimes I messed around with her but that was just because whenever she looked flustered and annoyed, I could not help but admire her cuteness and sassy comebacks. Despite that, she told me how people were afraid of her and took advice from me on being friendly. Therefore, she could have the whole world fooled but not me when it comes to her weaknesses and insecurities that she tries best to keep locked up in the embrace of her heart.

I entered her cottage with a little knock inspite of the door being ajar. She took one glance at me and tried her best to put on her brave and annoyed expression, trying to hide the fact that she must be terrified but I saw right through her. I put my hands up in defeat and walked in, making myself comfortable;

M: "Hey, I'm only here to talk."

A: "Talk? About what?"

M: "About..you know, the whole venturing to the great beyond thing" I said, trying to sound humorous to lift the tension in the atmosphere. " Doesn't ring a bell?"

A: "Ugh! Look, if you're here to mess with me, it would be wise for you to just leave" She threatened.

M: "Alright, I'm just trying to lift your spirits."

A: "Huh? Pardon? What are you talking about?" She looked flustered

M: "Come on, you know you cannot have me fooled. I always know when you're down in the dumps."  I said casually.

A: "That's so not true! Wait...... were you spying on me?"

M: "No, of course not! I just came by to see how you were holding up."

A: "I'm fine!"

M: "No you're not, don't deny it."

A: "I am fine!" She whined. Cutie

M: "Alcor...." I pressed.

A: "Okay, okay, you got my bluff, I'm just a bit frightened. I have never gone out there and I don't know how am I supposed to not get killed and get the piece back, to protect my kingdom. I mean.... what if I fail?"
