Kellinas P.O.V

I carried the warm cup of coffee into the bedroom and placed it next to the pancakes I had made for Zoe. She hadn't been feeling well these past couple of days and I was starting to worry about her. She was complaining of headaches again and I know last time she had a bad headache she nearly died.

"Morning beautiful," I whispered in her ear, kissing her cheek.

"Mmm " I heard her mumble, tucking herself back into the bed.

"I made you breakfast and coffee,"

"Pancakes?" She mumbled groggily.

"With extra ice cream and honey," she stirred slightly before opening her eyes. She looked adorable in the mornings. Her hair was all over the place, she had sleep in her eyes and they were puffy but she was still beautiful to me.

"What's the occasion," she mumbled, slowly sliding into a seated position.

"Just that I love you," I smiled, placing the tray on her lap.

"Did you put-"

"One teaspoon of cinnamon and one teaspoon of sugar in your coffee yes I did," I smiled triumphantly as she took a sip.

"Perfect," she giggled. I leaned forwards and kissed her. It was short and sweet and I couldn't help but smile.

"Are you at the bar today?" She asked starting on her pancakes.

"Yeah I have night shift because I have Ashley time off to study,"

"You need to study too,"

"I know but hers is a lot harder then mine I guess," I shrugged.

"Are you ready for your other exams?"

"Not particularly but I'm sure I'll do fine," I reassured.

"Then I'll have my very own personal nurse,"

"Is that so?" I asked, raising my eyebrows at her.

"Mmm then I wouldn't have to go to the doctors,"

"You have to go anyway you need a medical note for being away and we need to make sure your headaches aren't bad,"

"I know I just, I don't want bad news," she sighed.

"Hey look at me," I whispered, cupping her face with my hands.

"No matter what I'm going to love you and be here for you okay? I'm you're fiancé now there's no backing out,"

"Okay,"

I waited in the waiting room for Zoe to finish her appointment. I was watching a family in the corner playing with the toys. They looked like a young couple. They didn't look like they were older then teenagers. Then I thought about Zoe and I. I was heading towards my mid thirties and she was nearing thirty and we still hadn't talked really about having kids or not.

"Kellina?" I looked up and noticed Zoe standing in front of me.

"Everything okay?" I asked, standing and grabbing her hands.
