Chapter 16: Blood

I had given my sister a scroll to take out when she find aunt Tsunade. "This scroll will transport me immediately to the place you lay this out, the jutsus I placed on it will help me transport there. This smaller one will send a signal to me when you mark it with your blood. Remember layout the bigger one, then mark the smaller one. And remember do not tell Master Jiraiya, Naruto or anyone." I had told Kari. "Okay but I'm going to try to convince her first." Kari said. "No! Just do it!" I said, I needed aunt Tsunade here ASAP.

The next morning I woke with a throbbing headache. I shouldn't of drank that much with Anko. I looked at my arm for a the mark. Nothing. I knew I should go train but I felt to tried! I should just get the pantry restocked and gets things ready here at home for aunt Tsunade and Shizune. I can wait another day. I got up and ready, picking up our small mess from last night. I made myself a tea with milk and took some aspirin. I was in no mood for food.

I made my way out of the house. Groceries first then a stop at the liquor store. I'll need more sake on hand for Aunt Tsunade. I was in the grocery store and browsed down the small aisle's. With my small cart, "Yumi?" I heard a voice. I looked to see and it was Kakashi, I was suppose to be training. He probably thought I was avoiding him. "Oh hey Kakashi?!" I said nervously. "Aren't you suppose to be working out?" He asked with some groceries in hand. "Yea about that. I decided I should get things ready for aunt Tsunade at home." I said this with a nervous laugh.  He eyed the cart and saw I got a lot of things in bigger packs. As he leaned forward some of his items fell. "You know you should probably just get a cart." I said to him, as he juggled the items. "Yea I probably should." he said as he looked around looking for one. "Here just put them in mine. I'm almost done." I said as I started moving things. We walked down a few more aisle. Walking side by side, looking for what we needed. We looked like a married couple out for their weekly groceries. I blushed as I thought of that. With Kakashi? No, never! He's never been about having girlfriends. I still remember my little crush I had on him when I was younger! "Yumi?" Kakashi said taking me out of my thoughts. "Oh, what? Sorry" I said with a blush as he had an eggplant in front of my face.  "I was asking if you like eggplant? " Kakashi said as he sweat dropped. I raised an eyebrow, "Yuck! No!" I said. He laughed with a closed eye smile. "Okay never mind." He said and he put it back. "Why?" I asked him eyeing him. "I like it with Miso Soup." Kakashi looked away. "Oh?" I said looking straight away, walking again. Was he wondering about my interest? We paid our items, and made our way out. I started feeling a burn on my arm. I looked down and saw my forearm glow. Kakashi noticed something was up with me. Shit I need to go! "Bye Kakashi! See you Monday!" I said running home.

I got home and threw the groceries on  the counter. I gave a deep breath and concentrated. Some people including Kakashi will feel the great chakra I use right now. Oh well! I lifted 2 fingers. "Instant Transport" I said and I was transport immediately.

I was transport to a battlefield. What?! What the hell is going on?! No! I saw Master Jiraiya, aunt Tsunade, and Orrochimaru battling out with there summoning. "Yumi!" I turned and it was Kari she has Shizune behind her. Kari was bleeding on one side of her face. "What the hell is going on?" I asked looking everywhere. Naruto was fighting someone. Thats Kabuto! "I tried doing it on my own! Sorry!" Kari said as she tried smiling at me. Naruto needed help. I sprang to help him. "Lady Yumi?! What are you doing here." Naruto asked yelling. "Back up," I said as I took this fighting all around in. "Lady Yumi you should really show me how you did that." Kabuto asked me. "Oh I'll show you something." I said, I punched the ground with all my power creating a crater. "What a show off." Kabuto said. Suddenly lighting sprang up at him getting him. With my punch I sent lighting through the earth directly to him. I went for him, every second counts and did a nice upper cut on his left side. It sent him flying back. I got up quickly and snakes sprang from a hand for me. I jumped dodging it. "Summoning Jutsu!" I said as Hayai appeared. I landed on his back as he flew. He took one look down. "Snake" he only said and understood everything. "Hayai you know what to do!" I said as I jumped off him to Kabuto. He aimed his snakes at me again. "Dragon Fire Jutsu!" I blew a great amount of fire towards him. Hayai suddenly grabbed me pulling me up and circled him in the fire. Hayai blew his fire  too making it impossible to bare the heat. He pulled back and we waited to see if Kabuto sprang out. Nothing, I went to Kari and Shizune. "Are you two okay?" I asked. "We're okay." Kari said. Shizune had stopped the bleeding for Kari. "Where's Naruto?" I said looking  around. He was with Master Jiraiya on top of Gamabunta. "Yumi! Kabuto!" I looked back and Kabuto came back. He was headed for us. I got in front of him. At the ready, I pumped chakra into my feet and head and sprang to him. I head butted his as if I were a bull. His right arm was reached out and able to wound my side abdomen. He flew back and landed on his feet wobbling . Kari jumped and headed for him. Creating clones, she was confusing him. She suddenly sprang up from the ground and grabbed his legs. Pulling him under. She dragged him under the ground and jumped out another place. Throwing him up. I went for him kicking him in the stomach. He flew back with my power. His body limp as if he were dead. I searched his chakra and it was gone, he was dead. "Good job Kari!" I said to her. I approached Kabutos body, giving it a kick. No reaction, "Yumi he's some how able to recooperate!' Kari said and she stayed a distant away. I approached with caution and felt for a pulse on his neck. "No pulse!" I said to Kari. Kabuto then suddenly attacked me with a kunai. At the same wound he had created. He almost went through me if I hadn't to jump back fast enough. "Kabuto lets go!" Orrochimaru yelled and Kabuto escaped.

"Yumi!" Kari said and I felt back. Tears falling, the pain was unbearable. I placed a hand on my side and looked at it. It dripped with blood. "Summoning Jusus!" I had summoned the mighty Zennyo. A black dragon, with spikes going all the way down her lower spine. Her edges turned a bright red as her eyes. Her two main horns of gold. Her chest was also gold that shined at the right angle. Her presence of a true mighty dragon. She took one look around seeing me in my state. Aunt Tsunade, Master Jirayas, Naruto and Shizune approached her and bowed. Zennyo bowed her enormous head to them then to Hayai, Gamabunta and Katsuyu. "What is the meaning of this. And why is Lady Yumi in this state?!" I responded squirming in pain before anyone, "Zennyo please take my friends and me home quickly, I feel I will pass out at any moment from this pain. Hayai make a head start and inform a Kakashi Hatake. Inform him the new hokage is coming, and inform him of my state. He will know what to do. "Aunt Tsunade spoke up "Yumi it would be faster for you to ride Hayai." She said getting mad with tears in her eyes as she looked down at me. Zennyo responded to her, "Yes but the ride won't be steady as to riding with me. She'll lose more blood." Master Jiraiya picking me up and I yelled at the pain. "Lets go!" Master Jiraiya said to everyone. Hayai flew away. He's fast he'll get there in a couple minutes. Master Jiraiya jumped up to Zennyo's back everyone moved fast. Zennyo took off right away, her back had enough space for all of us to move around. Shizune worked on my wounds, dulling out the pain. Aunt Tsunade looked over her shoulder, with tears not saying anything. "Aunt Tsunade I need you to save my sister!" Kari said screaming at her. "I know about your fears but whats important right now is her! My sister! Family! Remember you have one! I will never forgive you if she dies!" Kari said as she leaned over my other side holding my hand. Tears of anger on her face as she looked at aunt Tsunade. "We only have each other now! I know you know dad and mom have passed! Be the kunoichi that everyone respects and fears and step up!" Aunt Tsunade struggled within, she saw the blood, saw Dan her lover and Nawaki our uncle. How their dead body's lay in front of her. Aunt Tsunade dropped to her knees, and screamed. "Not again!" She said, her and Shizune worked on me. "She's losing a lot of blood." Shizune said to her. Sweat dripped from both of there foreheads. Naruto and Master Jiraiya giving us space, but paying close attention. "Kari do you know if Yumi and you have the same blood type?" Aunt Tsunade asked with a trembling voice. "We're both A positive." She said as she looked at me. "As soon as we get to the hospital prepare yourself." Aunt Tsunade said as she looked down at me. I started closing me eyes. "Yumi stay with us!" Aunt Tsunade said. "Aunt Tsunade I have so many things to tell you." I softly said. A tear rolled down my cheek. "I fucked up Aunt Tsunade," I whispered.  Kari and Shizune looked at each other wondering what I was talking about. Aunt Tsunade concentrating with green chakra glowing from here hands. A lump formed in Lady Tsunade throat as she spoke. "Save your energy Yumi, you can tell me all about it when your better."

We got to the village about 40 minutes later. Everyone was at attention. Shinobi were in aww as they saw Zennyo. "I shall speak to the Gods for her." Zennyo said as we got off.  Jiraiya carrying me and everyone followed close, my eyes closed now. I heard a familiar voice, "Is she okay?" It was Shisui, I felt he was keeping stride with Master Jiraiya. His voice full of worry. "No, she not! But why would you care?!" Kari shot back at him. Hmm my sister, she had known something was up.

I felt us arrived at the hospital. I heard nurses and doctors making orders. Giving my aunt my health information. I heard my aunt yelling saying something about get them prepped. Then I heard, "Yumi we're going to sedate you. You're going to go into a deep sleep."

***Hayai arrived in the hidden leaf in no time. Itachi and Shisui recognized the dragon right away. A whole group had been looking for Yumi. They had felt her strong chakra a while ago. "Hayai! Where's Yumi?" Shisui asked as he ran to approached the dragon. "I need to speak to a Kakashi Hatake I have a urgent message from her." He responded to him, "I'll take you to him." Off the 3 went, jumping from rooftop to rooftop. Certain shinobi took notice at the familiar dragon. They made it to the hokage building and found Kakashi and Gai right away looking out a window. "Kakashi" Shisui knotted to him and turned to Hayai. "Kakashi Hatake" Hayai bowed, "Lady Yumi is on her way back with the new hokage. Lady Yumi herself is in a bad state. There was a great battle with the sannin and a Kabuto. He injured Lady Yumi gravely, she seemed to be losing a lot of blood. She said you would know what to do." Kakashi knotted his head, "Gai go inform the hospital and get them prepared. Itachi and Shisui spread the word with groups guarding the village and have them escort Yumi upon her arrival.***
