Day 4 Part 2 - "Jieun, oppa"

After a less awkward bathing session, Jungkook and I got ready to leave for our works and stood before the apartment door to check our belongings.

"Did you get my wallet?"

He fumbled with his bag, searching for the brown item, and nodded. "Yep. We're all set."

"And our phones?"

He brought up my phone to show it to me with a grin, assuring me that it was my phone by flashing the screen that had the picture of him as the wallpaper.

I gaped in surprise. "When did you change the freaking wallpaper?"

"Not long ago," he drawled with a smug expression, slightly shaking the phone, showing off his picture.

"Change it," I said sternly.

"Nope," he sang, dancing a little while shaking his shoulders. "I changed your wallpaper, too."

"Huh?"

I took out the phone out of my jeans pocket and my eyes widened when the picture of me smiling and posing before a flower tree flashed before me on the screen. It used to be a picture of Cooky.

"What the heck, Kookie? Don't do such unnecessary things," I mumbled and unlocked the phone to change the wallpaper.

"Hey!" He grabbed my phone and held it up, whining, "Don't change it back! Having each other as wallpapers is fun and we can reconcile easier this way!"

Since he was shorter than me, his arm wasn't helping him take the phone away from me. He looked so adorable, pouting and trying so hard to save the work he did, struggling to stretch his arm further but failing to do so.

I stifled a giggle. "Cute."

He blinked repeatedly, freezing for a moment, and I took the chance to catch him off guard by leaning down, dropping my head closer to his with a restrained smile, my eyes softening on their own as they gazed into his wide ones. A soft squeak escaped his lips as he jerked a little backwards and I cooed internally.

"W-What are you doing?"

I chuckled under my breath before caressing his cheek with the back of my hand. His arm wavered, shaking a little before dropping down a little.

"Taking back my phone," I whispered and reached out my hand to steal the item before placing a kiss on his nose, causing him to jump backwards, hitting his head against the wall.

"Oh my gosh, I'm sorry," I chuckled, very amused by his flustered reaction, and rubbed his head, trying to soothe the pain.

"Y-You're acting weird a-all of a sudden," he stuttered, facing away from me.

I honestly didn't want to keep being hostile towards him... Instead, I just wanted to be like how we were like what he said. The tension between us was tiring me and draining me mentally. It was unnecessary.

I giggled, pinching his mushy cheeks. "It's not weird. It's my usual self coming back."

Or it's your aggressive ass influencing me...
