<<<<<<<<HARRY’s POV>>>>>>>>
Fuck, I hope she comes. As I help Niall set up for our gig tonight, I can’t get Lisa off my mind. I swear it’s been like this ever since I saw her walk into the bar with Bec. That little black dress, those sexy red heels. Her wavy brown hair, innocent eyes, and full, glossed lips. Fuck, I really hope she comes tonight.
I’m almost desperate enough to ask Niall for her number. I’m not even sure he has it, but his girlfriend obviously does. They’re attached at the hip, and I might even be jealous about it. I can’t believe I’m so stuck on this girl. It’s not like I’ve never seen a hot girl before, and I’ve definitely acted on it. She’s different for some reason. She makes me goofy and nervous. And happy, instantly happy. It’s not love at first sight, but it’s something for sure. She even looked adorable earlier in her sweats.
I have to find out if she’s coming. If I don’t, it will be way too distracting while I’m singing. How can I find out without being too obvious? Niall is already giving me shit about having a crush on her. He’s right, but I don’t want to admit it. If she rejects me, I don’t want to look like a fool.
“Hey, Niall, snapchat Bec and find out if she’s coming tonight,” I suggest to my friend as casually as possible. I figure I might get a quick picture of Lisa out of the deal.
“I know Bec’s coming,” he says confused. Well that didn’t work. “Oh, you mean find out if Lisa is coming?” he teases, with a look on his face as if he’s just solved a world mystery. That definitely didn’t work.
“No, uh, I just…” I try, but I have no excuse.
“They’re coming in an hour, loverboy.”
“Oh!” I reply, trying to hide my excitement, but I’m sure the smile growing across my face is selling me out. I continue to set up with the same smile that I can’t shake off. Thanks, face.

I’m on my third song and she’s still not here. Neither is Becky, which I guess is a good sign. I try to concentrate on singing, as I am being paid to do so. I have to admit that I love doing acoustic sets with Niall. It just feels so much more genuine.
After this song, I get a short break while Niall sings a few songs. I was hoping to chat with Lisa during it, but it doesn’t look like that will be happening. It also sucks that Becky will miss his performance if she doesn’t show. I finish my song and introduce Niall with my best fake smile. “Hey guys, my buddy Niall is going to perform a few songs for you guys. Don’t worry, he doesn’t suck too badly and I’ll be back soon,” I joke, looking back at him.
“Thanks, Harry,” Niall responds, taking the microphone from me and slipping it into the stand. I step off stage and head towards the bar. Working or not, I’m getting myself a drink. I sit down on a stool and ask the bartender for a beer. I look towards the stage and enjoy the music. My beer comes and I take a large gulp. Just as I put it back down on the bar, I feel a pair of hands go over my eyes.
“Guess who, baby?” I hear whispered in my ear, followed by a giggle. I instantly get goosebumps because I know exactly who it is.
“Hmmm..,” I say, dragging on the time so she stays this close to me for as long as possible. I’m tempted to turn my head and lay a kiss on her right here and now, but I resist. For now. “I know it’s not Lisa because she ditched me tonight.”
“I did not! I’m here right now!” she responds, unfortunately removing her hands from my face. I turn in my seat to face her quickly. She’s just a foot away from me at eye level, only because I’m sitting.
