Roman saw Summer and Xavier walking into the bar where she was doing shots out of the corner of her eye. Summer practically tackled her from her chair and Xavier joined her in doing the same.
"How have you been! Oh look at that Xavier she's showing her horns!" Summer said happily hugging her friend and Roman groaned under their weight.
"I've been better but I'll survive." Roman said looking to the two who sat at her side. "How's the hero shit been?"
"Very good, we we're supposed to be at camp all weekend but I figure I have you to thank for that sudden cancelation." Summer said with a smile and Xavier laughed.
"Yep my suffering beings Hero's joy." Roman said raising a shot glass and Xavier slapped her head.
"Hows Aizawa, you knocked him out pretty hard." Summer said with a smirk and Xavier ordered them shots.
"He's fine and we're past that." Roman said knocking back the shot and letting the glass hit the table.
"We're?"
"Ah god here we go-"
"Give us the tea!" Summer said and Xavier knocked back two shots and smoke came out of his nose and his eyes flashed red. "Hush you, listen up."
"I was talking to him before everything and I confessed my back story." Another hiss is steam from Xavier, "He accepted me and you know he sees me for who I am and forces me to be better."
"That's so sweet!" Summer said with a smile and she hugged Roman again making her groan.
"I came here to get drunk no relieve memories from years ago." Xavier said with the roll of his eyes.
Summer and Xavier were two members of a Pro Hero group named the Idols. Summer had a quirk that allowed her to shot hot concentrated water out of her fingertips. Xavier could influence auras and his eyes were a natural give away to what he felt, when he was angry he could also release smoke from his nose. Roman sighed and raised her glass in a cheers.
"To a friendship that is going all downhill." Roman said raising the shot of whiskey and Summer hit her.
"You can never get rid of us." Summer said throwing back the shot along with Xavier.
"Yep." Xavier said his eyes flashing blue and then back to hazel. "Despite any mixed feelings between us we're both be here for you."
Roman nodded and took another shot, Summer seemed to become even more happy and clingy and Xavier opened up quite a bit. After the tenth shot Roman got up and checked the time, it was around eight and she had a few missed called from Aizawa.
"I've got to be going, love you two both dearly. Summer has my number if you need anything text." Roman said with a smile before leaving the bar.
She called up Aizawa and he picked up on the first ring. "Where are you?"
"At a bar, I'm sorry I lost track of time." Roman said leaning on the wall watching Sam pace back and forward nervously. "I'm a lot drunk right now." Roman said with a giggle.
"You sound drunk." Aizawa said and Roman continued to laugh. "Send me your location I'll come pick you up."
[Roman's location sent:]
"I'll be there soon just stay on the street and be safe." Aizawa said worriedly.
Nobody makes great decisions when their under the influence of alcohol. "Yes daddy I'll wait for you on the corner." Roman said slurring her words a bit. She heard Aizawa drop the phone and Sam in front of her burst into laughter.
