"Beeeeeeeeeeeeep!" Angela heard her alarm sound. She felt the warmth of the sun on her face and she jumped out of bed. She checked the time. It was 7:15 am and she had to be there by 8. She quickly dashed into the bathroom and took a quick shower and went through her closet.
She quickly wore a big shirt and a pair of black shorts and tied her hair in a bun. She put on some lip gloss and slid her phone into her back pocket, picked up her books and dashed downstairs.
"I knew you would forget" Estelle said and handed over a package. "Thank you so much" Angela smiled and she hugged Estelle. "Marlene would be here soon right?" she asked. "Yep, she has a few stuff to catch up on" Estelle replied. "Okay sure. Got to go" Angela replied. Angela opened the door and much to her awe she saw Collins standing there in a red suit, holding a bouquet of roses and a red box. "Excuse me?" she said trying to push him out of the way. "I'm pretty sure the circus is in the opposite direction." "Angela, I have come to profess my love to you" he said kneeling and handing her the bouquet. Angela pushed him away and sat in the car.
Collins couldn't help but cry. Jake and Chris quickly came to console him. "Your big sister doesn't love me" he sobbed. "Am I not handsome? Am I not rich? Am I not good enough?"
"You'll be fine man, let's get you out of this suit and work on some experiments" Jake said reaching for a pack of tissues in his back pocket to wipe Collins' face. Estelle peeped from the hallway. She could hear Collins cry and as much as he was sad, it was all too funny for her. "But Collins, she is not your age mate and she has told you several times she isn't interested in you" she yelled.
Collins wailed uncontrollably and followed the boys to their room.
She figured Ellen would be in the garden, so she picked up a book from the library and went to join her.

George managed to beat the traffic and Angela quickly got out of the car. She didn't wait for him to open the door for her this time.
Just as she got down from the car, her eyes met with frost who was sun kissed. He stared at her intently, and she stared back at him. She looked at the flecks of brown in his eyes. He had distinct cheekbones and an angular jaw which greatly complimented his pale skin. She wondered why she didn't notice this yesterday. He licked his smooth pink lips and grinned. "Oh my God he is handsome" Angela thought to herself. "Angela" he called for the third time. Angela snapped back into reality. "Here, you dropped your books" he said, handing them over to her. She tried to retain a balanced composure. "Are you doing this on purpose?" she asked, taking her books back. "What?" he asked. "Never mind" Angela rolled her eyes. "Please, don't follow me. Room 306. I know the way" she added.
Frost was confused but he left her and continued his walk. Angela quickly ascended the stairs and opened the door. "You're late" Miss Patty said sternly. "This is your last"
"Yes ma'am" Angela sighed and placed the books on top of the piano.
They went over the notes she told Angela to sing. She taught Angela a couple of notes and how to hit some bars. "You will drink water consistently, herbal teas, more lemon, more ginger, watermelon and more salad." She said when they were on a break. "Wait," Angela said looking confused. "I have to change my diet?" "oh yes, it isn't all about singing, dieting counts" Miss Patty replied playing with the keys of the piano. "The best drinks before singing are warm drinks without caffeine or milk"
She handed over a to-do and not-to-do list concerning singing as well as a list of food she should include and not include in her meals. She spoke to Angela about what the music industry was like and what she expected Angela to do and not do.
They went over some notes and called it a day. Today's rehearsal was much more longer.
"We are done for today" Miss Patty said stroking the keys of her piano. Angela wondered why she liked to do that. "Okay thanks" Angela said. "Your assignment today? Pick your favouritemusician and read about his or her life and learn 3 of your favourite songs of theirs." She said turning her back, but not looking straight into Angela's face. "And oh..." she paused. "Pick the pink book on the top corner of the left shelf"
Angela picked up the book and dialled George's number. She put the book in her bag and walked downstairs slowly. "Don't ignore me Angela, we need to talk" another message from Dylan popped up on her phone. She stared at the phone intensely and bumped into Frost. She put the phone in her bag quickly.
"We've never really spoken" Frost said moving closer towards Angela, as she moved backwards. "I guess" Angela said awkwardly. Angela let down a sigh as Frost's minty breath travelled down her chest. His gentle fingers stroked her gently and left her with goose bumps. He thrusted his body against hers on the wall and gazed into her eyes. He moved his head closer towards Angela's. Just as he was about to kiss her, Angela's phone beeped. It was George. "I have to go" Angela said pushing Frost out of her way. "Don't you want to kiss me?" Frost said licking his lips. "Argh" Angela moaned. "You're so full of yourself"
"Don't you like that?" he smirked. Angela used her bag to push him away. He gripped her left arm and looked into her eyes. She pushed him away again. "Your number at least?" he asked eagerly. She shouted the digits of her number as she walked towards the car. "I'll call you" he yelled after dialling the numbers. George opened the door and she sat down and continued smiling.
"Please don't fall for this Frost boy" she told her heart. "that's if it is his real name". she smiled throughout her ride home. She kept checking to see if he had texted.
'Hey, if you don't stop ignoring me, I may have to come to your house' another text message popped up on her phone, 'WHAT IS IT?' she texted back.
Suddenly her phone started ringing...
