Chapter 1 - His Girlfriend

(Jimin focus)

(Flashback)

"P-Please leave me alone!" Jimin was pushed to the ground harshly. Tears were spilling out of his eyes, and he was defenseless. "Hehe, you little pussy." Joobin said, while his friend was kicking him in the stomach.

"Hey! Leave him alone!" The smaller boy looked up, trying to find the person who the voice belonged to. "J-Jungkook?" Jimin said weakly. The latter gave him a small smile, then grimaced at the other two boys.

"Piss off dude! This is none of your business!" Seojoon, the boy holding him down said. Jungkook frowned. "Whatever." Jimin heard him mumble. He shook his head, looked up at the boys, and smirked.

"None of my business? I could care less about what is and isn't my business. All I know, is that you're beating up an innocent kid, and I need to do something about it." Jungkook stated firmly.

Jimin looked at him with glossy, red eyes. Nobody had ever cared enough to intervene...

With a blink of an eye, Jungkook dashed up to Seojoon and kneed him in the stomach. Jimin noticed how the other boy slightly flinched, but kept his cool. Jungkook extended his hand to the other boy.

"Well? Take it." Looking back, Jimin was most likely too in awe to even process what he was saying. "S-Sorry, what?" Jimin rasped out. Jungkook smiles a genuine (crooked but still quite cute) smile and picked the smaller boy up from the ground.

He quickly turned back to Joobin. "Go home Joobitch, and take your buddy with you." Joobin hesitantly raised a fist at him. Jungkook rolled his eyes and put one foot forward, and of course, Joobin stepped back like a timid mouse.

"Pffft, you're all bark and no bite. Pick on someone your own size next time."
Joobin nodded hastily and grabbed Seojoon.

Jungkook turned to Jimin. "Are you ok?" He asked the latter with a bright smile. "Yeah... I mean, now that you came to my rescue I am, I mean um- eh..." I'm an idiot.

Jungkook blinked several times, then chuckled lightly. What? That wasn't even funny! "You're silly." He said, patting Jimin's head. He was older yet he was being treated as if he were younger. This made him redden, but it was sort of... cute.

That's probably the part where he started to develop feelings for Jungkook...

(Present)

"Hi Kookieee!" Jimin squealed. "Oh, hi Jiminie." Jungkook said with a warm smile. "Shall we head to school now?" Jimin asked, grabbing Jungkook's arm. "Actually, I have someone I need to introduce you to."

Jimin stopped in his tracks. "Oh do you? W-Who is it?" Jungkook beamed brightly. "My girlfriend." Jimin was shocked, to say the least. He looked down. It felt like his heart had been shattered to pieces. "Y-Your girlfriend? What's her name?"

"Her name is- oh! Here she comes now!" Jungkook waved a girl over. "Jimin this is Sangmin, Sangmin this is Jimin." Jimin gritted his teeth, but managed to flash Sangmin a smile. "Hello..."

Sangmin bowed back and grabbed Jungkook's arm. "Um... Jimin I promised to walk with Sangmin to school today, you think you can go by yourself today?"

"U-Uh ye-yeah of course." Jimin bowed quickly and ran to school.

"Well, he's weird." Sangmin said with a laugh. Jungkook stared at Jimin as he ran to school with a concerned look. "Yeah..."

(Jimin focus)

Sangmin huh? Pffft I'd be way better than that bitch. He walked towards the entrance of the school angrily with big strides. He looked back and saw Jungkook having a conversation with that Sangmin girl.

Jimin looked around for any possible human life, and when he saw none, he jumped into the nearest bush. Wait why did I just do that? Whatever, fuck it. Jimin watched as they went into the school. Hmm...

Then the lightbulb clicked in his brain. I mean, it's not murder if you say please, right..?

He picked himself off and dusted his pants nonchalantly- "Hey Jimin-ssi, why were you in that bush just 5 seconds ago?" Jimin turned around to see that it was only Taehyung. That nosey smart ass.

A smile crept onto my face. "Oh hello Taehyung! Good morning, I was just examining a really detailed lizard I saw." A detailed lizard..? What's wrong with me? I need a better excuse-

"Oh I've done that before, nature is quite lovely." He smiled at me briefly and walked into school. Of course he's done that, it's Taehyung, I shouldn't be surprised.

Jimin walked right into the school as if nothing had happened.

(1st period class)

I'll make him his favorite lunch...
I don't want to hurt him, but it must be done in order to get him away from Sangmin. It's just a little poison... Not enough to kill someone, but enough to get sick.

Yeah, then I'll find a way to trick Sangmin into meeting me at the school's roof.

I'll make it look like suicide.
