Chapter 7 - Big Gay Energy

(Jimin focus)

"Taehyung accused me of murdering Hyejin."

Jungkook's eyes widened in shock. "He w-what?" Jungkook sputtered. "He accused me-" Jungkook cut him off. "Yes, I heard you the first time, I'm just surprised. Taehyung isn't the type to make such rash accusations." Jungkook stated while running a hand down his black hair. Jimin nodded along with him.
"Yeah..."

"He also called me a twisted fuck." Jimin pouted innocently and feigned the expression of hurt. Of course Jungkook, his saviour, looked pissed off. He probably wanted to go off at Taehyung, which Jimin didn't mind at all. "He can't be saying that, that's fucking-" Jimin decided it'd be best to calm Jungkook down because he honestly didn't need more problems.

He really didn't, especially not with Taehyung out there. "It's fine Jungkookie, I forgave him." His face softened up and he ruffled Jimin's hair. "Aish. You're too nice for your own good Jiminie." Yeah, I really am aren't I.
Then suddenly, Jungkook came up with a great idea, "Let's go to the library so we can talk about Park Hyung Sik because he's hot as fu-" It was Jimin's turn to cut Jungkook off. As much as he enjoyed talking about Park Hyung Sik, he also enjoyed not letting Jungkook finish his sentence even more. Simply because he's a bad bitch.

And so the pair headed to the library for the rest of lunch time~

(Another snippet into Taehyung's mind)

Did Jimin kill Sangmin too? That would make sense... he was the person that told the teachers about her "suicide". What did Sangmin and Hyejin have in common?

Come to think of it... they both liked Jungkook... Sangmin was his girlfriend, and Hyejin had a crush on him. Jimin is best friends with Jungkook and has a crush on a male... Holy shit!

Jimin has a crush on Jungkook! I'm not sure how I can prove that though... there's over 100 other guys he could like...

And then the lightbulb just clicked.

I'll pretend to have a crush on Jungkook... Jimin already doesn't like me, so if he likes Jungkook that much to murder someone, he'll for sure do something to me... will I die? Pffft what can Jimin do to me?

That was the start to Taehyung hatching his plan to expose Jimin for what he really was.

"And the way he played Minhyuk in Strong woman Bong Soon! Ah... he's so charming! He was especially charming in Hwarang as well!"

Big gay energy.

Jungkook was radiating big gay energy. Jimin's gaydar was going off like crazy. Jungkook had liked girls before, so maybe bisexual? Was Jimin really going to ask him? Yes, he was— but in the most careful way possible.
"Hey Jungkookie..." The latter hummed in response. "Can I ask you a personal question?" "Sure." Jimin inhaled, because in all honesty, he was slightly nervous to ask. "What's your sexuality..?" Jungkook choked on the water he was drinking. "Oh I'm sorry if that was too personal!" Jimin was alarmed at the other's reaction and questioned whether he had delved to deep into more personal areas.

Jimin patted Jungkook's back in an attempt to help him stop coughing and hacking uncontrollably— especially because they were in a library. Jungkook waved him off. "I-it's fine. Really. I'm p-pansexual..." Jimin's jaw dropped. This was new information and he was living for it. He squealed. Jimin now knew that he actually had a chance with Jungkook...

He pulled Jungkook into a warm hug. "And how come I never knew about this, huh Jungkookie? Not that you needed to tell me, but still." Jungkook was scratching his forehead nervously.(?)

"You never asked." He laughed and poked out his tongue. The older ruffled his hair and laughed along with him. "That's a good enough reason for me I guess." Jungkook looked down. "And you... accept me?" Jungkook had a hopeful and expectant look on his face when he asked that.

"Of course! Jungkook, I'm gay, it'd be stupid and cruel to not accept you." Jimin embraced him once again. "I love you Jiminie." "I love you too Jungkookie."

"No homo though."

"You suck (Jin)."

That is how Jungkook came out to Jimin in the library. The pair were told to "Shut the fuck up, this is a library" by another student shortly after.

(Taehyung focus)

(Time skip)

(Next morning)

Taehyung's brain hurt from thinking way too much. He had taken some pain killers then left to school in a rush. On his way there, he saw Jungkook by himself. That by itself was already weird, since Jimin always accompanied Jungkook when they walked to school.

Then that's when it happened. Jungkook suddenly tripped on his shoelaces. Is he always that clumsy? On instinct, Taehyung rushed over to him so he could help him up. "Are you ok?!" Taehyung was genuinely worried about the younger, since the pavement was hard and the fall seemed painful.

Taehyung extended his hand towards the other boy, and he hesitantly took it. That's when Taehyung finally understood why plenty of people swoon over Jungkook. He had a cute yet confident demeanor. Taehyung helped Jungkook pick up his fallen books and handed them back to him. "Ooh... you have a pretty bad cut on your knee." Taehyung pointed out.

Jungkook looked down and winced. The cold air against the cut probably made it sting more. "I always carry a first aid kit with me, so I'll fix that up for you." Taehyung smiled at him and motioned for the younger to follow him.

He did, but Taehyung noticed how reluctant he was to do so. Jimin has probably spoken about him in a negative light. Taehyung had him sit on a bench so he could fix up the bloody wound. He covered it with ointment then put an Ironman themed band-aid on it. Why did he have Ironman themed band-aids you may ask (again the reader probably doesn't care)?

Taehyung had a little brother and sister who were very... active children, and he made it his duty to make sure they didn't get hurt, but when they did he was always there to bandage whatever cut, scrape or wound they received. It was their request to have Ironman themed band-aids.

"T-Thanks Taehyung." Taehyung smiled at Jungkook pleasantly. "You can call me Tae." "Oh... I like the Ironman band-aids Tae." Jungkook chuckled softly. "Glad you do. Anyways, you need to be more careful, we don't want you getting anymore cuts now do we." He laughed playfully.

Jungkook laughed a bit (awkwardly) too. "Yeah..." "Ok, I'll be off now, see you later Jungkook." "Alright, see you later."

(Jimin focus)

His mother had arrived earlier from her one week trip than expected, so he texted Jungkook saying that he couldn't walk to school with him today because something came up. As soon as Jimin was done catching up with his mother about everything that happened in Japan, he bid her goodbye and left to school.

When Jimin rounded the corner he saw Jungkook... with Taehyung. Why? Taehyung was kneeling in front of Jungkook. Jimin was extremely confused, but he just hid behind a bush until Taehyung left.

Jimin was going to approach the situation calmly and normally. "Hi Jungkookie!" Jungkook whipped his head around to Jimin's direction. "Oh hey Jiminie!" He decided to not question what had just happened with Taehyung. Maybe I'll ask Taehyung later.

"Let's head to class shall we?" "We shall." Jungkook put his arm around the other's waist and they started walking to class. About 5 seconds later he and Jungkook broke into a fit of laughter.
